I've been a customer of Meineke on Chinden for a long time. I continue to be a customer because I trust them. They do a good job, don't try to sell me things I don't need, and are always friendly and respectful. The front desk person was especially helpful and took the time to explain some things to me to help me understand a bit more about my car. I'm a customer for life! Had timing belt and water pump replacement. Also replaced sparkplugs and cleaned fuel injectors. Finally had oil and oil filter change with full synthetic. Was labor intensive and took a lot of time. But worked with staff to get procedures done. Staff showed old parts on request. Vehicle runs significantly better afterwards.

January 2025 people you need to use this meineke it is awesome it's one option boulevard next to Lindy's in Boise Idaho if you're in town and you're traveling and you have an issue and you need your oil change right away come on down talk to Aaron give them a call they're so professional and so willing to help I can't even explain how nice it's been all these years that I've been bringing my cars to them. Just recently I was delayed because of family matters and I just called them really quickly and said could you fit me in and they professionally said absolutely and they did it immediately and made my life so much easier thank you thank you thank you Aaron and team you deserve recognition! September 2023 - Outstanding service by both Aaron and Paris! Honestly the best mechanics in the treasure valley. Work on my vehicles is always done fast and on time. Their prices are fair, and their quality of Customer service is excellent. They always go over my entire vehicle and tell me everything that is wrong with it. I really appreciate the detailed estimates that are provided before the repairs or Maintenance is started. They tell me when it is something I can fix myself, if its needs to be repaired immediately, or if it is not that important. I definitely will be referring friends and family to this Meineke car care.

When they are timely, this is the best place to get your oil change. However, sometimes they are slow even with previously scheduled appointments. My suggestion is to schedule in the morning, as they are usually spot on, then.

Meineke is the only place we go to get our oil changed and fluids topped. They have always been trustworthy and fair price. We’ve gone to other places in the past and the experience was never as good as going to Meineke. There was always little mistakes or problems when we went somewhere else.

Best shop in town. Aaron and Curtis always treat my dad and I amazing with great service, attitude, and work. They are upfront and honest every time upon inspecting vehicles and make quality repairs following. We go out of our way to bring our vehicles to this shop vs other Meinekes/ shops around town as this one is truly the best.

They were very good with communication and very respectful! Amazing service and wonderful timing! They work quick and efficient. They explain exactly what the problem is to you and walk you through what needs to happen so you are always in the loop.

Excellent service at this location. Aaron and his team fixed a valve seal on my car and went above and beyond! Noticed I had a break light out and fixed that as well. I had them look at a couple other things they said didn’t need to be addressed yet. Will be back for all future auto needs!

I no longer trust my local Meineke. They overcharged for the drive shaft I needed and held me up for days. Then they claimed I needed rear brakes. I removed my rear wheel once home to inspect. The brake pads were 2/16 to 1/4 inch. They also provided a Mechanics List to Santa of other 'problems' they wanted to fix. None of it was worth the effort or $$$$ after being ripped off on the work done.
