5 stars for the service, the guy JK and Alex are very down to earth guys who seem to enjoy what they do and tbh best vibe and customer service I’ve had in all 2024. The manager was very patient and explanatory, that was a plus. The wait though was extremely long which was a huge bummer five hours but the chill atmosphere of the team helped

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Mr. Jackson, who assisted me, was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really stood out was their commitment to customer convenience. Since I live nearby, they offered me a ride home while my car was being worked on—a gesture I didn’t expect but truly appreciated. Once my car was ready, they even called to see if I needed a ride back. The level of care and efficiency at this Meineke location left me feeling not only valued but also safe. They clearly prioritize their customers’ best interests, and that level of trust is rare. If you want a reliable, customer-focused experience, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Went in for an oil change. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Was recommended for me to change out two other filters, which I did. The guy that did my oil change even put my under car shield back on. No extra charge!!! Been here for the last few oil changes on my vehicle and it’s my favor location

Recently got an oil change and tire rotation here. Great customer service from the guys here. They showed me my tires and suggested I needed an alignment as well. With their alignment machine down, they provided the name of a nearby shop that could help (I was traveling through Austin, so unfamiliar with the area). They also thought I might need new brakes, provided me a quote, but didn't pressure me to get the work done on the spot. I really appreciated the openness and honesty I got from this shop.

Chase was incredibly helpful in getting us approved for our Instacart discount and even rotated our tires free of charge with the oil change. The young technician working on our car was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend their service.

I am incredibly frustrated with the experience we had here. My uncle brought in our 2014 Cadillac for an A/C problem, and they initially quoted him $480. But after the car was in their shop, they suddenly called back saying it would cost $1,300 because they had supposedly found the issue. They also claimed they needed to match what the Cadillac dealer charges. I advised my uncle not to proceed, and we could find someone else. Then, they called back again, lowering the price to $847, stating that only four hours of labor were being charged when it was actually 11 hours. They assured us that the problem would be resolved and even offered a one-year warranty. However, when my uncle picked up the car, the airbag light was on, and the A/C was still having the same issue. We called them back, and they said we’d have to bring the car in again and be charged for a new diagnosis. I don't understand how a business specializing in A/C repairs can fail to diagnose the problem correctly in the first place. This is beyond ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager, she was unprofessional and rude, dismissively saying, "I'm sorry that your head can't wrap around it..." How can they offer such terrible customer service? I would have much preferred honesty—if they couldn't fix the problem, they should have just told us instead of charging us without solving anything.

I was very happy that they we’re able to work with me when it came to getting breaks on my car, breaks can be very expensive but the staff was so helpful to help me with a reasonable price that I couldn’t turn down. The staff was great with my kids as well. Most definitely have to come back for more services.

The other morning I had my check engine light come on and something shortly after could feel something majorly wrong with my truck. Took it into Meineke where they did a very thorough inspection to determine the only issue was I needed a full tuneup and a cylinder wasn’t firing. Highly recommend this shop!

So I'm very disappointed. From the very beginning I made an appointment with Isaac on the phone and I ended up bringing my car in. He told me that they were going to have to charge me a flat diagnostic fee of $109 due to it being an electrical issue. He also told me that if it was less than an hour that it would be half of that. I walked out to the ship where the mechanic ended up diagnosing what the issue was less than an hour. To be exact it was within 30 minutes. Know also that while I was talking to him and asking him questions he didn't seem to be very confident with his responses which made me a little on edge with trusting him working on my car further. I ended up looking for the part online that he told me about that I needed for my car and when I approached him he walked away and pretended like I wasn't trying to approach him. Then when I was able to catch him, I showed him the picture of the part and he told me he didn't know if that was the part. A mechanic that they claimed working 30 years on cars told me this. To be honest this guy looked like he was not in the best state of mind to work and looked like he just got out of rehab or something. I then just asked Jamie who is one of the managers to just send me a quote and pay the diagnostic fee. Before she did this I asked her if I was going to be charged half of the amount because he only was working on it for 30 minutes and she said yes. While she was about to charge me, Isaac said that I was responsible for the full $109 because he claimed the mechanic used the full hoir to diagnose my car. I corrected him and said that I checked the time and saw it was 36 mins and should be charged accordingly. So according to Isaac that is an hour...I stood there and disputed with him for a minute and he was very ruthless when it came to keepikg the full amount there. Until someone from the other side of the store told him to take off $25 and charge me pro-rated. Not only did Isaac lie and say that the mechanic was out there for more than an hour with it but I actually timed it and he was late on my appointment and ended up finishing early than an hour. They ended up charging me $82 which was a little bit more than what I was told. Just goes to show that these people play hustle games. Not sure why Isaac decided to switch up his attitude. I worked pretty well with him in the past and Jamie aswell. But unfortunately due to this mishap, I will not be coming back. I wish Dean (the previous mechanic) was there because he was very respectful and very knowledgeable but he left for health reasons.
