They are corrupt, evil people. They charged me for goods I didn't receive after a refund then a dispute. They then recharge me. I'm not near this shop any longer & corporate wouldn't do anything. I didn't get the parts put in. They left my oil cap loose & after a two day drive all I could smell was gas. I have no idea if my oil was even changed? They're not at all competent. I do not recommend this shop. They stole from me. Do not trust these people. Why won't the owner talk to me? That says literally everything. Corporate is trash also...they will sell you anything even if it's not needed. It's a large corporation & I knew better. Now I'm out thousands of dollars. I asked for a part they removed & they didn't give it to me.

These guys did an amazing job. They will forever be my place to get my car done. Minors or major. I had to get my radiator replaced, water pump , and fan assembly they also changed my oil. All in one day!!!! Amazing!!!!! Professional and reasonable. They know their stuff and won’t beat around the bush!!!!!

I went to Meineke because I heard a slight squelching noise when I braked at low speeds. Their inspection showed the rear brakes at 3 mm and they only offered new brake pads and rotors for $560. The inspector said she heard "metal on metal". Something seemed a little off so I declined and went to the dealership. They said the rear pads were at *6 mm* and did not need changing and that the noise, which had gone away in the meantime, could have been "self-cleaning". When I set up the appointment they said new brakes and rotor resurfacing were around $350, as I recall. This was a wake-up call to me that mechanics can say whatever they want. I looked at their inspection and they listed 11 things that needed fixing, whereas the dealership found only two minor things that were optional to repair.

I will be a long term Customer at this location! I finally found a place that I can say the technicians and management are knowledgeable and kind! Bill was absolutely a great person to work with! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and very supportive on helping me understand everything! Truthfully this experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Bill and Rene are a team that is unbelievable! Please give Bill a raise!! He is such an amazing person who is the most professional and kind person to work with I would give this shop 100 stars!!!!

Came in thinking I had worn tie rods. Meineke told me I needed a full rack replacement and wanted to charge me $2500 for it. I talked to a local mechanic and after his inspection he told me my rack was fine and there was no play in it, he also said he would replace the rack for $1350, which turned out to not even be necessary. Don't trust. Find a local, small mechanic.

I had a very positive experience with Meineke on Burnet Road. I came into the shop concerned and not knowing much about my car's condition. John (who I believe is the manager) was so friendly, accommodating, and considerate. He helped me understand what was going on and didn't make me feel stupid even though I have little knowledge about cars. I ended up having to cancel the appointment I booked and John was very understanding. He allowed me to keep my deposit down on a part I had partially paid for a later date and time. I really recommend Meineke on Burnet Road and I can't say enough good things about the business and John! Thanks!

Ok,prices are high .I bought a coupon book from a door to door salesman for various car services thinking I'm saving a few dollars turns out to me as a scam I was quoted a price higher than three other places without a coupon so to me the coupons are pointless and only are good for oil changes for me ...next time I will not buy anything else from them or nobody else that's hustling door to door .

The service for the most part was fast and smooth. I went in for an oil change. I was told I had a large nail in my tire and before I was offered a replacement tire, I informed them I had a warranty at Discount Tire and that I would take it there. I get to Discount Tire and they do not find a nail anywhere. I wasted gas and time from work.

Came up to check a rattling sound in the back of my car. You pay a diagnostic fee that can be applied to the repair. Like most repair shops, they give you a list of other repairs to do but no pressure given on which ones to do . Friendly staff.

The manager, David S., was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The team is transparent throughout the entire process, even taking pictures to show you exactly what's being done. They truly offer the best value for your money. As always, Frank is outstanding—he treats my car with the utmost care and consistently delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend visiting this location! It’s hands down the best in Austin!

The vehicle was in Austin with our son and we are not in Austin. This Meineke was so helpful initially by phone that we felt confident sending our son there to have them look at it to double check what might be wrong; they ordered the parts and had it repaired the next day… And this was not a small repair but a very important one that needed to be done right away. Awesome Shop!

Amazing service! Called around to a few places to do an a/c check and this was the only place that didn’t require a payment. Problem ended up being resolved quickly in the parking lot and didn’t end up having to pay anything.

True professionals. I took my 1995 Land Cruiser in for a few things prior to a long road trip. Their communication was excellent and their work was even better. They took me under the vehicle and walked me through each item one by one and we got to talk it all out. I'll be going to them regularly for my needs. Thanks guys!
