Regardless of how big or small the job I need done is. Regardless of how busy they already are and how impossible it seems they may be able to get to me. Regardless of how long I’m going to wait or how unreasonable I am willing to be. These folks Have never Disappointed me Have always received me well. I have always listened to my concerns. I’ve always providing quality service quality parts and a more than fair price. I take my Nissan car to maineke for last 5 years.Every-time they do thorough analysis and recommend problems that require immediate fix or can wait ,if so how long.Also they provide realistic timeline and estimate.Workmanship is good but cost less compared to other service centers due to the nature that they don’t have jazzy reception or facilities .Simple outlook but superb work .

I come in from Georgetown to Austin to get my oil changed, I will not go anywhere else to get that done or anything else that might need to be taken care of!

I have been working with Don for years at different Meineke's and trust him with all my cars. They are also one of the few shops that can get me in within a reasonable time and work on my BMW. I get all my alignments here and other jobs I can't or don't want to do myself. I highly recommend them even if you drive a BMW/Audi/Mercedes Benz.

I always have a great experience here at Meineke. They are professional and always do a great job. I got an oil change and a few weeks later I bought new tires. I am completely happy with the service and friendly attitude there. I recommend them to my friends. I got my oil changed and inspection last week. Great job!!

I do a LOT of my own maintenance & repairs, and this is the only shop in town that I will use. Been working with Jim & Don for at least 10 years. They are top notch - never upsell, always have ideas to actually SAVE your money. I didn’t know auto shops even did that! Really good people.

I maintain 5 cars and do most mechanics myself ... but I don't do alignments. Our daughter hit the curb and knocked the alignment out. I avoided Toyota Round Rock this time as my experience there has been only one star waiting endlessly for something like an alignment and being given the laundry list of things that could need attention. My visit to Meineke at Jollyville Rd went well. Jim and and mechanic determined a bent was bent was causing issues beyond a normal alignment. I was only changed for the alignment reading and will be replacing the struts and then return for the alignment.

My car had a broken exhaust pipe. As a Hospice RN, I drive all over Austin visiting patients. Meinke was booked solid with appointments, but said if I could leave my car, they would try and get it fixed the next day. I left my car and they completed the repairs the next day and my car was ready by 1PM. And the price to repair the broken exhaust pipe was very reasonable.
