Prices are actually very good for the area and for a Meineke chain, my only complaint is the chunky manager talked up the prices so much that I ended up not getting all of the work done at the shop, and ended up at some place local that had government contracts that charged me 20% more without the great customer service. I would recommend this shop with just one caveat, listen to the skinny bald guy, not the chunky guy with hair.

Have had multiple times where a tech/mechanic had told me there was a miscommunication. One where I told him to go ahead and look for and fix leaks that they said I had after I had called them, just for them not to do it, and then when I told them I wanted the degrease and dye for sure and dropped the car off a second, when I called the next day to ask for an update I was told that I "hadn't authorized it". I hadn't gotten a text message or call or anything about my car just sitting in their lot. They did fix my starter issue but the "miscommunications" are frustrating.

I don’t normally review things and often times I try to keep things positive as much as possible but I don’t recommend this company to legit anyone don’t go here for work me and my wife got work done here less than a year ago and now being told there’s nothing in their systems for it took it to a different company the same day to get it fixed and find out that the reason we are having issues and have been having issues for so long is because they didn’t know what they were doing and put a part in wrong which was suppose to be covered by a warranty they told us they would take but when faced with the truth they back out and said it wasn’t covered I knew this company was a horrible company by the pricing they gave my wife to get our breaks fixed last time we came outrageously dumb and I simply can’t believe the way I spoke to on the phone and my wife in person from what I have heard

Had an appointment for an ac check. When I arrived, I was told that there was not a technician available. I asked why the appointment was made for that day and time. I was told if I had a problem with it to call the 1-800 number. I called and nothing happened

I absolutely love this place!! I’m disabled & only have 1 leg. I had the car an oil change & inspection last oil change & they noticed a slight tire bulge!! I am so pleased that they did as I can’t imagine how awful it would have been to have a break down on vacation with only one leg! Anyway they comped my oil change today & I am just so pleased!! It seems I never get lucky enough to win the lottery! But I am Lucky enough to live down the street from Meinke! You won’t catch me taking any trips out of town without Brandon or one of th guys inspecting my vehicles! Just give them a try & they will treat you like family too!!!

Meineke employees were very Friendly and Caring about What I needed to have done, just a light doesn’t seem like much, but it was to me! They furnished me with a Soda which I really needed and appreciated! I would recommend them to my Friends and Family

My only issue was that it took an hour to do the overpriced oil change and air pressure on tires wasn't checked with the tire rotation.

The people that work at this shop are always respectful and timely. Had an A/C go bad and the time was taken to explain to me all the test they ran and what the results were. Will definitely go back there again if ever I need their expertise.

They didn't do the job right on my SUV my truck came out looking the same way it did when I took it. They left a bottle that apparently they use and left it on my engine and it was about to start melting

Fantastic service. I scheduled an appointment for my brakes to be checked, even though I had no brake light on and didn’t have any squeaking/squealing when braking over the past few weeks, my front passenger brake started grinding. When they got it in, I needed all four replaced. I’m not a car person, so I don’t know a lot about maintenance, but I’m learning. There have been times over the years I’ve taken my car in for new tires or tire rotation and have been chastised for something on my vehicle or something wrong with the tires. So I have hesitancy when taking my car in for service. I have to say, I never once had that feeling while having my car serviced here that day. I asked the manager about brake maintenance and he gladly told me about when I should have them looked at again to avoid another costly repair. I also appreciate that they stayed over to get my car done and back to me that day so I was not without a car, even with their busy schedule. Truly appreciate the work and will recommend!

I have been coming to Meineke for many years and I have never been let down. The techs are professional and knowledgeable! They always let me know what the issue is and provide excellent service! I would like to give a shout out, Kudos, to Brandon Weyhaupt!!! This man does phenomenal work and never quits until all issues are resolved!! I highly recommend Brandon Weyhaupt for taking care of your needs!!!

Horrid service and lack of accountability. Took my jeep in to get a quote for some suspension work. Not only did it take two hours to run a suspension test, I was told the quote would be emailed to me and to this day I have yet to receive the quote. Although, that’s not even the worst part. After getting my jeep back, I didn’t even get a mile from the store when my front drivers side tire falls off leaving me stranded in the middle of Humbert road. When I called to tell them they forgot to properly attach my lug nuts, they refused to take responsibility and even said “there’s nothing that we did that could’ve resulted in your tire falling off”. After arguing over the phone, they finally sent someone to my location to tow the jeep back to the shop. After taking photos and sharing with them the visible damage to my rims and rotors as well as the fact I had no studs remaining on my wheel, they only offered to replace the studs for free. So I turned it over to insurance where they sent it to another shop to get a quote for the damage. After receiving the quote, the insurance ended up totaling the vehicle all because a MECHANIC couldn’t figure out how to correctly put on a tire.

Don't use them much as I am a mechanic and do most of my work myself. However, I've had them do exhaust work on a few occasions, and i will say they are always professional and courteous. Their pricing is fair, and they have a very fast turnaround time. Both times I've used them, my vehicles were done the very next day.
