I had a transmission done there in June I drove the car for four months and the transmission was never took out the car so from the radiator to the transmission the line should have never been cut So they put a rubber hose to connect it together now with that being explained how is it my fault when it comes a loose so who do you blame the person worked on the car or the person who drove the car and had to get towed off the freeway and pay to have it redone man I will never recommend this place again you pay for what you get I paid cheap price to only pay it again Man this crazy just picked my car up and it runs worse and makes noise and he try to tell me it was something else it wasn’t doing nothing like this when I bought it there Damn cheap price f you everytime

They lied like they did a diagnostic on my car and didn’t put a water pump on incorrectly which caused my car to throw all kinds of codes I took it back to them and they lied like there was nothing wrong due to the water pump not being done correctly anti freeze started mixing with oil my car kept overheating and a gasket was blown I paid them 550$ they don’t answer the phone

Unfortunately not only did a mechanic (Victor jr) not own up to a MISTAKE on a freeze plug fixing 4 out of 6 he says “ If it’s not broke we won’t fix it” (he should’ve fixed all 6 & the Better Business Beauru wouldn’t tolerate general mechanic shops stripping the client from their power of decision-making ) , they over-charged me and the receptionist has this arrogance in her demeanor that is super frustrating and unprofessional. The whole debacle going back and forth between her and Victor jr was CLASSLESS and UNPLEASANT

Wish I could give a ZERO STAR RATING ..VERY Shiesty place ..switched my 3 ton jack with one of their broken jacks , used some tool to put a leak on my power steering return line, gave me a completely wrong diagnostic in which I paid for and seems everytime they fixed something they messed up something on purpose just to get you to come back and spend more money ...STAY AWAY ..ESPECIALLY IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS. I know cars..That's how I caught them ..THEY'LL TAKE ADVANTAGE !!!!
