I could not agree more with comments of thievery and dishonesty. I thought they did a great job until I took my car to another shop for repairs made by them a few weeks before for the same issue. As it turns out, electrical tape was used to make the repair by Medina after paying him to replace the faulty part. There was another time where I was left strange in the middle of the Dallas traffic due to my brakes and whole tire rattling. The brake job they had done them three weeks before had broken and fallen apart. I end it up paying for the tow, of course.. After using them for about a year, I started having engine problems. The only remedy was an engine overhaul. It is ironic not having any issues with my engine all of a sudden my car started to knock... humm I trust them as far as I can see. -rr

Took my car that was running and working great here for one thing and when I got it back it wasn’t accelerating anymore, don’t waste any money here because they obviously did not know what they were doing and couldn’t just be honest and say that they don’t have any experience with this car so that I could’ve gone somewhere else.

These guys are liars, and thieves! My brother took his car to have the transmission rebuilt, after the car was repaired. It lasted almost a month with no issues. Unfortunately my brother had to return it for the same issue. He took his car the Weekend before July 28th 2018 and they still haven't fixed it. He calls them and gets the run around, so I went to go see what the deal is. They haven't touched the car. Today is August 21, 2018 and they're still not working on my brother's car and ignoring his calls. I'll be reporting them to The BBB for not doing what they're supposed to have done. This is ridiculous! I may go to Denton Chronicle and The City Of Denton to get some service here. Don't be fooled if you think they will help you if you speak Spanish to them. The son is bilingual and they can't fool us.
