Had the unfortunate experience of having my car windows smashed in on a Saturday, and no one in Cincy could replace the glass until Monday. I could hear there was glass in the door panel and have no idea how to remove one, so I called this store to see if someone could help me. Showed up and Ali helped me right away and offered to vacuum the broken glass since there was so much still in the car and put on a temporary plastic window. Refused to let me pay him, these are great people. Highly recommend and I’ll be back here if I have any car repair needs in the future.

Quoted me $300 to change my tires. I talked to his receptionist and she was embarrassed to give the quote. She handed the phone to the technician or the owner and he said $300 in a horrible tone. If they didn't want to do it then say so. Don't go there people. Mr Tire did it the same day for $50 plus tax.

Car broke down while I was traveling to Georgia. After explaining that I was traveling because of a death in my family, they towed it and began repairs right away. Great customer service and fair pricing.
