dont get the name wrong, they do dam near everything here and they always do an amazing job for a very fair price. even if you have an old or rare car they have the resources to find good used parts. almost everytime i went anywhere else, i regretted it. trust is everything and i trust this place.

I had a fantastic experience at Medical center Muffler ! I brought my car in for a muffler replacement, and the team was incredibly professional from start to finish. Not only did they replace the muffler, but they also checked the rest of the exhaust system for any other potential issues—free of charge! Without any qualification, Medical Center Muffler is my favorite shop in Houston. Hakim runs an efficient and friendly operation with great workers. He's a very fair and ethical business owner; and, on top of that, he's a deeply devout and godly man. This is the place to get your repairs done!

The thing I like most about them, is they are honest. Edit: I take back what I said earlier. You can guess the level of their cheating and fraudulence behavior by my above comment. They charged me for spark plug change for my 2014 toyota Corolla. After about 2 weeks, I took my car to another mechanic shop to discover that they never changed my spark plug and left the old one (see the picture). They are fraud and cheat. I was a loyal customer even though they were never able to fix my car, just because I thought them honest. I will never take my car to them ever and I am going to spread the news of their fraudulent behavior in my communities as well! Never fall for their sugarcoated behavior. They are fraud!

Fair prices. The lady manager there is very helpful and explains all the work you need done so you can understand what is needed. The exhaust work is very affordable.

I was in Houston for the weekend and had all four cats cut from my Tundra in the hotel parking lot. I needed a repair on Sunday and these guys came through for me. They had the converters and were able to get the 02 sensors delivered on a Sunday morning to get me on the road in a few hours. The work looked great, with solid welds on everything and they charged a fair price for the parts, and work. The owner went above and beyond to help me out, I highly recommend this shop.

But if you end up there like me.. please don't be a victim,make sure everything is in writing and possibly record the conversation before you leave your car with them. Hakeem you're a criminal....
