He was ruled he didn’t even given me the old alternator. So I’m not sure if he put a brand new one on there or not…Also I tried calling him back when I noticed there was still a problem. He even told me to call him if there’s a problem, so that’s what I did but he start arguing with me telling me the problem I truly think he didn’t even know the problem that’s why he didn’t wanna come back in check. He also told me it will be a $100 charge just to come back out and check on it I told him no problem cause it was cold and I was stranded I haven’t used the sense he fixed it. Yesterday was my time trying to drive it I made it 5mins from where he fixed it and turned off I had to turn in cvs parking lot. I asked him will would he think he arrive after talking to him and waiting 45mins just for him to tell me he didn’t have est smh. I asked him like 2 to 3 hours? No response called no response. I noticed he only does easy work like changing tires things like that. That’s where he gets all is reviews from is females cause they don’t know anything bout cars and they think changing a tire is hard work. He’s very disrespectful when a person asking him for his help cause it’s some he did that was not right. I think he put the alternator on wrong cause it’s still having the same exact problem it has before he worked on it. So with that said it’s some he didn’t do right or he didn’t know what was the problem that’s why he didn’t come back. He never called back or anything so in my eyes this guy is a whole clown trust me don’t go to him for serious work only if you need a tire changed or something very minor

My car practically broke down on my commute to work! I couldn’t go over 53 mph and my car was shaking and vibrating uncontrollably every time I touched the gas! I was already late as I had to let it sail the rest of the way as I didn’t want to loose my job! During each break I searched for a close by mechanic so I could make it home from work…. Uneasy going call and weary every time until I called him! His precise words and enthusiasm make me feel safe and at ease! He wasn’t able to make it during my work hours, but came exactly my clock out time which was 4pm he came and did a quick, but thorough diagnostic and came to a conclusion and his adamant response consoled me as he stated “We Go Get You Back Running TODAY! figured out exactly what the issue was and do not try to take advantage of the fact I was a woman! The problem seem so big but he made it seem so small I was very nervous to come out a ton of cash as other mechanics earlier in the day started the worst issues that it could’ve been! He quoted me a price and it was very reasonable I was joyful not only that he even went and got my parts and came right back! I was rolling out my employers lot by 5:40pm🎉 He is Amazing and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mobile mechanic and will be on speed dial for ever‼️ #Curteousy #Professionl #prompt #Readonable

The service from Mechanica Mobile is so good. Shamar was the mechanic that came to help me today. He saved me from a stuck bearing and a tricky sway bar. He is very experienced and really knows what he is doing. He fixed the problem quickly and walked me through what he was doing at the same time. I would definitely call Mechanic Mobile again if my car fails again in the future.

Had issues with my horn honking randomly and signal on my 2010 jeep patriot Knew instantly what the issue was and fixed it. Highly recommend definitely give his shop a try.

My husband said that you use speakers wires to fix a car battery and charge him 300 dollars and this is not a real business 🙄.

Hector came out and serviced my newer jeep wrangler that was no longer able to be driven due to the engine overheating. I described to him what was going on and he told me what he thought it was, he didn’t even spend nearly 5 minutes under my hood and already knew what part needed to be replaced. He quickly went and got the part, switched it out, and now my jeep can be driven again! Thank you so much for being professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend his services and would use him again in the future.

Ya all I completely lucked out meeting this amazing mechanic! Randomly got his number from a man at O’Reilys who said “Give Hector a call he will take good care of you”. Being a female who has limited knowledge of the ins and outs of vehicle repair, he made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing so I would know what to look for if it happened again . I called him later in the evening and he was out the next morning. HE COMES TO YOU! Who does that? He does and was prompt to the time he said he would be here. Hector was professional, friendly, patient with all my questions , all a round good guy. He has a new customer for life I won’t go to anyone else . Mr Hernandez was very prompt and professional in repairing my son’s car. The price was very reasonable, he was open and honest about how much the cost of the part was and how much the labor would be plus all the repairs were done right there in the driveway.
