Thermostat went out on my 2019 suburban I pulled in with no appointment he was able to validate and replace the thermostat have me back on the way in about 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the service and atmosphere.

Found out that my car is European it's a Smart, had no idea that there's shops that won't work on those cars was not sure about this shop gave it a try for the first time then I was impressed and also relief when they worked on the Smart. Ruben and the workers were friendly to me.

Look no further, mechanic masters is the place for you and your family, prices are very reasonable not to mention the customer service this husband and wife business is by far the best from my experience I had an extremely stressful few weeks on top of it all my A/C went out on my car , the dealership was a big letdown charging a ridiculous amount of money and the customer service was disappointing keep in mind this is a well known dealership . Nevertheless I thought ide go and do a google search for reputable ac auto repair with outstanding reviews and MECHANIC MASTERS pops up I read All the reviews and made my way to their business .Immediately I was helped the owner was extremely knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly to me he took his time so that I understood ,answered any question I had with patience he did not rush me out nor did he look bothered by my questions.. when I met his wife I felt very welcomed by her she was extremely professional and knows how to treat her customers . She searched for the best prices affordable prices they have definitely won my business. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE WHO RUN AN INCREDIBLE HONEST BUSINESS

Ruben & DeMari run a good business here. Very professional and sweet people. Everything was done correctly the first time. Ruben is a perfectionist and he will not let anything go unless it is perfect. Got my front brakes done, new serpentine belt, and tunup. Will be sending my friends and family, 👍😁

So far my experience has been great with mechanic masters. I do not know the owners personally , but they seemed to have a good rapport with their customers. I personally watched Ruben inspect my vehicle for the oil leak I suspected, he was very thorough, actually pointing out that my CV axles were about ready to be replaced. Some mechanics will suggest things "you should" replace that may not necessarily need replacing. Ruben took the time to point out the damage so I could physically see it, so I would know it would need replacing and he did not pressure or even ask if I wanted it worked on, just made me aware. So overall 5 ⭐ so far. I will update this review after I receive my vehicle back and have seen the finished work. Update : After recieving my vehicle back I was very pleased. The service here is really excellent, communication excellent and attention to detail excellent. I would absolutely recommend. I read in another review that Ruben is a perfectionist, he must be, my engine is physically cleaner than when I brought it in, he also gave me a few tips on some small easy fixes I could do myself to improve my vehicles overall performance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
