They were super easy to contact and set up an appointment with and were even able to come the next day. I knew ahead of time what the charges were, which were very fair, especially since they came to my home. On the day of the appointment, Daniel messaged me and was able to come earlier than expected. He was kind and knowledgeable. My car was fixed and ready within an hour. Great service! Thank you Daniel!

These guys are good at what they do and treated us very fairly. The tech Dan who showed up for us is great, able to think outside the box and get creative to get it done. And didn’t stop at it being just OK make sure it was done solid.. And the owner could’ve charged us for two different callouts because I failed to have a belt on board that I thought I did and they didn’t take advantage of that. Highly recommend this crew and grateful we got connected with them. Thanks for getting us on the road guys.!

Very disappointed. I called this company because they had great reviews and I had an emergency with my truck. I was told that someone would be out in the afternoon and then I was completely ghosted. No response to any of my follow up calls or texts. I ended up having to reach out to another company. 24 hours and still no response back either. If they couldn't come out simply communicate that. Update: I did receive a call apologizing for the lack of communication after posting this review. Shane was very kind and explained the situation. Communication is key and goes a long way.

Our family was returning from Tahoe with 3 teens and our dog in tow. We suddenly had our check engine light come on in a remote section of the I-5 outside of Bakersfield. Daniel got to us within 45 minutes as promised- at nearly midnight on a Sunday night, He performed some diagnostics and was able to get us back on our way. Fantastic service and worth every penny. He even asked us to call him when we get to other side of grapevine so he knew we made it through. Extraordinary service. Our highest recommendation!

I am spending Thanksgiving with my family right now because of Shane, Dan, James and Logan, who are some of the BEST human beings on this planet! My sister and I were in the fourth hour of a four hour road trip from Joshua Tree to Bakersfield in my 1997 class a rv when the fuel lines caught fire on the way up the grape vine. We managed to quell the flames after some (minor) panicking, but then had no idea what to do next. I must have called five different mobile truck repair shops who all turned me down for one reason or another. But not Dan and Shane. When I called Dan, I heard kids running around in the background and thought “oh no, he’s with his family the evening before Thanksgiving, he’s about to give me some excuse and hang up.” But he sighed, and then went ABOVE AND BEYOND, calling in Shane to the rescue who stopped on his drive home with James to check out the problem. Shane diagnosed, and then cajoled Dan and Logan into driving all the way from Bakersfield to come slap some new lines on the engine. Dan even brought me another fire extinguisher. THEN, to top off his heroism, he and Logan ALSO followed us up and over the grapevine on our incredibly slow drive home, making sure we made it over the hill and into town. Absolutely the most amazing people I have ever met. They saved me HUNDREDS on a tow, and they got me home safe for the holidays. My sister and I can’t thank them enough, and I’m looking forward to having them be my go-to mechanics from now on!! If you’re in a tight spot, trust that they will move mountains to make sure that your vehicle is back on the road for a very affordable rate, and that you are going to be safe and sound!!

I sheered a bolt head off on my AC condensor while attemting to swap radiatiors, back to the point I have never extracted a broken bolt, I figured with soft aluminum, I could easily mess it up trying to do a headless bolt extraction myself with it being my first on softer metal. I called this company to ask if they could help it was a quick yes and not long after that bolt was removed very cleanly no observable damages to the inner threading and was done fast and helped menout by answering a few questions. Out on the family vacation…broke down just outside of town .. These guys go over and above ….. I can’t even say enough …. Had the grand kids in the car when we called the dispatch could here the kids and sent us a tow truck and brought an suv to haul us to the motel … even brought happy meals for the kiddos …. Shayne saved the day and our vacation … I never thought I’d be happy to see a tow truck …. He even called enterprise rental to get us a car delivered so we could just pick up our truck on the way back through…. Thanks again Shayne your Superman in the eyes of the grand kids …. Woke up today to my car not starting Found out the starter was bad. When I got home from work, a mechanic met me because I didn’t have the tools to replace it myself. He was friendly, professional, and quick. Highly recommend this company. Even before he replaced the started he made sure that was issue in case I wasted $170 on a starter for nothing. Again, I would highly recommend this company for whatever the issues are with your car

I had a good experience with MechaMedix Mobile Mechanic. He kept in touch via text, was on time , professional, answered questions I had , and gave me the correct resolution to the current problem. I’m from NH and this was the first time I’ve ever heard about Moble mechanic I thought it was a scam. Daniel is who fixed my car and he had an answer for everything this place know there stuff and very easy and comfortable to talk to. The time was so short it was the fast service I’ve ever had. i have called on shayne mulitple times to rescue me while hauling through bakersfield… comes through every time no matter what time of day or night it is both for my truck and trailers… he also gives me advice on mechanic stuff when i call.. he is a very nice guy and if anyone ever needs help call him!!!

I wish I could give Shane and his partner 100 stars... I called yesterday morning looking to get a diagnosis on my 08' Suburban miss fire code. He was able to come out really quick and got right to work. Turned out to be a pretty serious condition as the #7 lifter spring collapsed (DOD motor). Shane quoted me a fair price and later that night, him and his partner got it taken care of. I cant express how much I appreciate those two and the work they did. All in a hotel parking lot in Santa Ana, as I am in Cali for work. Thanks again guys..... :)

No call/ no show twice. Also got blocked. Didn’t have an argument or attitude, shoot we barely talked for more than 5 mins. Very confused as to why I got blocked? I work in the trades so I understand time flies, but no call/no show after you said you were gonna get to me.. TWICE? Unprofessional and frankly embarrassing.

We can’t say enough good things about Daniel and MechaMedix but we will try. We had a busted fan belt, needed to get to San Diego asap. Daniel was able to diagnose, get the part, and repair it under 2 hours. The rate was competitive and reasonable especially for how fast it was. Other mobile mechanics were quoting almost double just to show up. I would highly recommend this business. Although we hope not to have to call them again in the future.

A work vehicle was needing a water pump and turbo replacement and I was trying to find a mechanic who would give me a better price than Chevy but also just as knowledgeable. Not only did Shayne give me a cheaper price (I saved about $2k), his mechanic Daniel had the vehicle ready to go the next day! Customer service is above and beyond, with updates throughout the repairs and a follow-up the day after. Will definitely be using MechaMedix for any future problems and for my personal vehicles as well. You guys are awesome! Thank you again!

I actually couldn't wait to write this review geez the stress i've been under lately. So i had a tire blow out yet again. Called Shayne and he was on top of it. He had Dan out right away to get it taken care of! Had me back up and on the road again. I was shocked at how fast they had me back on the road.Outstanding customer service. From my first phone conversation to them coming out, i have felt complete trust and been treated with the utmost respect. Fantastic prices here i won't elaborate on that but just know you won't be screwed like other mechanics. Pricing is fair and legit. And to be honest i've been so stressed about well who's going to do repairs when i need them etc. Because i've lost faith in honesty from others. Well i've found them they've gained a new and loyal customer in me and i want to Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle You Rock!!

These guys were ROCK STARS! Fixed my alternator on a desolate road with poor reception. They arrived fairly quickly given my location, limped me to my location and did the job right!!! Thank you!!!!!
