The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he handled the adjuster and kept me updated with real-time progress. 5/5 Stars! The owner Sam and his crew are very kind and down to earth people. They helped my girlfriend with her hood and front bumper back in March on her 2024 Mustang. Fast forward and we find out the washer fluid line is jammed on the side and isn't working. I brought it back to their shop and Sam and his staff not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond and realigned the hood and put new trim buttons where they had to pull the line out FREE OF CHARGE. I definitely recommend this shop to the public! Thanks so much guys!

Amazing family run shop! Car was rear ended and they were nothing but a pleasure to work with even with insurance stalling the process! Communication from them is a 10/10 and they are very responsive for any and everything related to fixing your vehicle! Definitely give them a shout to get you going and they did a great job with the the body work!

as a girl, having to get my car worked on anywhere is always nerve racking. I can usually see the dollar signs in their eyes as I try to explain what I think I need done. A girl had very lightly scratched my brand new car when it was parked. I had gone to continental collision and as soon as i mentioned insurance, the guy quickly jumped on that, and said it would be AT LEAST 3k because I needed to replace the entire bumper… complete bullshit (see photo for reference). I dont know cars, but I know a sketchy salesman when I see one I called Sam after a quick google search, frustrated and angry, and he quickly talked me down, told me to send him a pic, and he would call me back with a quote which he did promptly. He came in at less than a 1/4 of what continental quoted me — assured me he would take care of the car and was extremely communicative during the entire process — im sure he could sense my hesitancy, and despite my attitude at several points (was still scared of getting scammed), he remained calm and helpful the entire time Thank you Sam for fixing my baby!!! (Not to mention did it in a couple hours) the world needs more Sams! Will be coming back and referring friends! The photo below is what continental deemed “unfixable, brand new bumper needed” LOL

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO MD COLLISION. THEY ARE SO SKETCHY AND SCAM ARTISTS. THEY TRY TO RUSH YOU INTO DOING A DEAL WITH THEM. THEY HAVE AN EMPTY OFFICE AND EMPTY GARAGE WITH NO EQUIPMENT. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER THEY DON'T PICK UP AND THEN CALL YOU RIGHT BACK FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER. THEY ONLY EXCEPT VENMO AND ZELLE. THEY DON'Th EVEN HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESTIMATE PRINTOUT AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A RECIEPT THEY FOUGHT WITH ME AT FIRST WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THE SAME NIGHT, SAYING I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND TOLD THEM I WANT TO PICKUP MY CAR IN THE MORNING. THEY THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR HOLDING COSTS, REPAIRS (WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN DID, BECAUSE I JUST GAVE THEM MY CAR AN 1 HR AGO), THEY SAID I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ADMIN FEES AND PARTS THAT THEY LIED ABOUT AND SAID THEY ORDERED. I HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED TO GET MY $500 DEPOSIT BACK. LUCKILY, I GOT MY MONEY BACK ONLY BECAUSE THEY KNEW I GOT THE POLICE INVOLVED. I HAD TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH HOOPS AND LOOPS JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. THEY WILL ROB YOU!

BEWARE!!! These guys are total scammers!!! They charged me $3400 for 4 bolts and some spray paint. When I refused to pay they called the police on me for theft of service. Even the police suggested I take them to small claims court because it was such an obvious scam to charge me that much! They were very shady and their location in Cedar Park is a total front. Harassing me all morning to get my car because they had to hang out at their fake shop to wait for me. This is NOT a legit business. They only want to accept cash. STAY AWAY! DO NOT GET SAMMED LIKE I DID!!!

First off they said it would be no deductible that was a lie my insurance company paid over 6000 dollars and it was not a professional job at all this is a good shop if your paying out of pocket if your doing a insurance claim please go somewhere else

Five stars seem low for the humanity that Nicky has shown to us. I was coming from Dallas to drop off my kid at UT after the winter break, and my car alternator broke down as I was close to Austin. It was freezing, and we pulled over to a gas station and sat in the car without any heat since the car battery had gone dead. Since it was Saturday evening, most auto shops were closed, but Nicky came to us and helped us jump-start the car to drive to his shop; it took us several attempts to charge and drive to get there. He managed to get the part and worked on Sunday to get us back on the road to Dallas the same day. What I appreciated the most was not just the quality of work and resourcefulness to get the parts the same day (it was the Jaguar F-Pace) but also having empathy for our situation.

I was looking for a body shop to help me get the bare minimum done for my budget. Sam came through!! He kept to my budget and got the job done. However, when I later brought my car to the mechanic after body repairs, some of the things that were "fixed" were not sustainable and I've had to get things re-done after a few months. So be cautious and aware of what you're getting! For context, I have an 08 Honda Accord with less than 150k miles

I had a couple of scrapes & gouges on my BMW. Those caught Nicky’s attention, so he proactively started a conversation with me and gave me a quote. Within 24 hours, Nicky fixed those imperfections and got my car looking as good as new. I appreciate his hustle as he took initiative throughout the process to do the best job he could. Wow, look no further!! Ask for Nicky and he’ll take such good care of you. He’s honest and gives you lots of options to make sure you’re getting the best that works for you. And if he doesn’t have it, he knows where to get it for a better price. You’ll feel taken care of and want to go back with their helpful, sweet personality. I had my car fixed in NO TIME and he gave great advice to help for long term care and maintenance.
