I came here to get my light bulbs replaced and they ended up damaging my vehicle and creating a problem which cost me $1300 in electrical issues. They told me the bulbs did not fit my vehicle, (which they literally did, they just did not know which goes where) So they installed the rear tail light bulbs in my fog lamps, and vice versa.. I told them I would look look into the bulbs later and install the ones that are correct.. As they did so, I noticed that one headlight was on and the other was off. I told them about the problem and they said the bulb was dead. I told them the bulbs were literally just working and bright. They take 30 minutes and come back telling me there was a problem with my socket and it would cost labor and over $500 to for sure fix the problem.... COMES TO FIND OUT THEY RIPPED MY PIGTAIL OUT THE SOCKET and ripped various other cords out... I filed a lawsuit with them and the address they registered with the state is not real per the constable. I am terrified from this experience, and won’t be coming here again. RUN AWAY. UPDATE*** They called me and tried to bribe me to take the review down and only offered to refund me back what I paid to get my light changed. BEWARE

DO NOT GO HERE!!!THEY ARE VERY OVERPRICED AND ARE A SCAM!! It took 2 DAYS TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC AND TELL ME ABOUT MY BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER $700

This shop quoted me one price and the repairs came out far less than what had they quoted. Most shops would have stuck with the original price but I was so glad that they were honest. The work was done in a timely matter and I would recommend this place to anyone.

After pay $ 138for alignment, didn’t give me the report. And after alignment I can still saw the wheel Sideslip. And I back next day,I pay anther $127 for inspection, but he just told me ,the brand new tire has problems. I go to discount tire to do the alignment and fix the problem. Very awful experience.

Honestly these mechanics are a Joke they failed my wife's car for an inspection knowing there was a check engine light, and insisted we pay for a large repair bill or a $25 inspection fee for failing me, knowing it would when they got the car. Unprofessional and really all they want is to get every dime out of you they can with the least amount of concern for your well being.

This is where I take my car for Texas state inspections as well as any other minor repairs needed. (For major stuff and PMs, I stick with the dealer.) MD Automotive is fast, efficient, thorough and modestly priced. Can't go wrong here. Great guys.

Had to bring my car in to get my shifter bushing replaced on my ford fusion! The shop was very quick to get my car looked at and emailed me an estimate in a timely manner! Was able to fix my car same day as well! Great customer service!! Would recommend to anyone and will return with any other mechanic needs!

It's a nice automotive shop. Does legit work. The prices are a bit high than competitors. However, not effective communicators, as they don't give you options and explain properly, but do what you tell them. So overall a 3.5

I didn't get my Truck fix by Carshield, but Mr. Amin & crew @ MD AUTOMOTIVE, was so good to me. Mr. Amin was very patient with me, regardless Carshield deny my claim with MD AUTOMOTIVE. Thank you Mr. Amin & MD AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!

Very very unprofessional. I was suppose to get my car towed last week and they never came to get it and then never came to pick it up today. They ordered wrong parts for my car and are unapologetic. Definitely an inconvenience and I received poor customer service when they are at fault. Looking for another shop.

Definitely shop around before contacting these guys. The are wayyy over priced. But they do fix the issue and do it in a timely manner. Just charge you $600 for parts that are $200 on eBay

I dropped my car off because I was concerned about my suspension. The mechanic looked at it then picked me up at my condo so he could ride with me to determine what I was concerned about. We decided that there wasn’t anything wrong. They did all this for no charge. I certainly think this is a sign of a business I can trust.

I told them my car was broken into and needed a replacement window. When I came into pick it up, they tried to charge me without taking me to see my vehicle first. I told them I needed to look first and lo and behold my window that’s supposed to slide up and down is now sliding up, and right, and left. When I asked the guy at front desk about it. He says, oh that’s because you need a new window regulator… So if I’m at a mechanic, getting my window fixed and there’s something preventing my car from being properly repaired, why wouldn’t you tell me that at any point between the time the mechanic new that and me picking the car up? I asked. The man said because I didn’t pay a diagnostics fee so they don’t have to tell me that…. 🤔 So after arguing with him and trying to explain for over an hour because I refused to pay $300 for a window that was replaced but not working correctly when I would’ve gotten paid for the part they needed had I been given the needed information, they finally offered to remove the window and give me a refund. This should tell you that this company does not care about taking care of your vehicle or being thorough and having good communication and integrity with their work. I think any other reputable mechanic shop would tell their customer when there’s an additional problem that may interfere with their quality of work, not say “well you didn’t pay for diagnostics” when they know something is wrong.

Shop around people. Spoke with someone that quoted me 450 (per axle) for brake replacement on a 2018 Nissan maxima.. was able to go to another reputable location and be serviced for 295 per axle with a 3year warranty. And they have shuttle service. I know everyone is feeling the pinch but wow.
