About 1-1/2 yrs ago, I posted on Nextdoor about my horrible experience with Barbar Honda. McWilliams & Walden reached out to me saying they could help. They have been my go to place ever since then. I feel so lucky to have found a honest, dependable automobile facility.

Took my car in for smog diagnostics n repairs and they got it done as soon as possible! The lobby is very nice.. I was impressed..The staff is also very professional and kind..I do recommend this place! Im satisfied!

Great customer service I'm so grateful to McWilliams & Walden Inc., not only for repairing the issues with my car, but also for their wonderful customer service and communication skills during the entire process. They treated me with respect and kept me involved and informed the entire time on what was going on with my car. I have taken all of my cars here for repairs over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Gary, Maria and the whole crew bend over backwards to make sure that the customers are take care of. These guys are the ONLY mechanics that is trust with my vehicles. Give them a try. You will not regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my 2001 Chevy Tahoe to McWilliams & Walden Inc, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The customer service was outstanding; everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get my vehicle back on the road. This place is seriously the greatest!! I was shot at while driving my car and the bullet left a hole in the door (no one was injured, thankfully!!), this shop took my car in and did the body work to it, they fixed the whole door and painted it, looks brand new!! I went through my insurance and just paid my deductible and was on my way! Thank you to Dakotah for dealing with my insurance and getting it all squared away for me! Made such a stressful and scary incident so easy!

This place is the best!! Dakotah got me in and out in less than 2 hours for four brand new tires, alignment and an oil change!! Highly recommend!! I’ll definitely be back soon to do some body work and paint!

My first impression was the lobby! Over the top professional looking was clean and organized. Staff reflected the lobby in their friendly but professional approuch. I wasn’t left standing while i waited for someone to acknowledged me! Their help was prompted and genuine. I highly recommend!!!!
