McDowell did a great job replacing my fridge. They were fast and they knew what they were doing! I was impressed on how well educated they were about RVs. I would recommend them! I will definitely be contacting them for anymore rv repairs I need.

Mr. McDowell. Came to my rescue. I had broken one of the propane lines going to my propane tank. He came out and fixed it figured out. My gas regulator was cracked. Replace, thank you to leech camper sales for donating. Parts along with Mr. McDowell. Very nice man. I will call him anytime for more repairs. I highly highly highly recommend I am former military. And he did me a great service. He also told me that my furnace runs off of propane which I did not know.I was told it was electric. It was fifty three degrees in my trailer and within ten minutes it jumped thirteen Degrees. Thank you again, McDowell, RV service.You are a lifesaver.I was tired of being cold

Edited…. patrick has blown me off for weeks now. Scheduled me in for repairs and didnt show. On top of that, he doesn’t return calls or texts. He has 2 phone numbers and doesn’t answer either. Patrick is fantastic. Always helpful and willing to go the extra miles. He takes his time when explaining the issue at hand which is always helpful! I recommend him to all my friends, there is no one better!

Patrick keep at our AC unit until he found the problem. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my call and serviced us the same day 👍👍

I had set an appointment with them to look at and repair the awning on my 5th wheel, once I was able to actually talk to someone. I had made the appointment 2-3 months in advance. I was advised that they would reach out the week I was to deliver the unit to them so I could get directions to them and any other details that may have been pertinent. I started texting, calling, and fb messaging Wednesday/Thursday. I was never able to reach them and am now looking or another repair facility.

Had an appointment set up months ago for Patrick to come out and look at/replace our 5th wheel slide motor. He called and apologized that he forgot he promised his kids to go to a waterpark. Being a parent too, not a problem. Go enjoy a day with your kids they are only young once. So he was supposed to show up in the next couple of days (this was June/July). I even told him that he can show up whenever because I work from home so even if we don't have anything scheduled. We finally spoke with him on the phone over a month ago, explained the problem. He said it sounded like the motor, he had one in stock and would be out to replace even gave us an estimate on the price. We have called at least 3 times and left messages. I will say when you can talk to him and he does show up he's a very nice guy and very professional.

Heaven sent! That is all I can say. McDowell came and fixed a pretty tough issue with my living room slide on my RV, to the point that he had to do some machining to get it in so we could make it towable. Without his expertise, we would not have known what to do. I give my experience an A++! Thank you so much!

I do not recommend McDowell. They were to come fix my roof on the 7th it rained where they were but not here. they didn't even give me a courtesy call saying no coming. I called them at 1:30 to see what was going on & they called back around 3:30. we made arrangements to come early on the 8th & a no show/no call until 4:30 & said on their way. so I had to turn around and get back home because I had work of my own to do. then I get a call back saying they charge $48 + milage. this was never told to me when they called the week before to set up appointment. no consideration for customers

Our slides would not work. Called Patrick late Tue. PM and he came out Thur. AM. Researched the problem thoroughly and fixed it. We highly recommend his services and reasonable prices.

We're brand new to the world of "camping on wheels". McDowell's came to de-winterize and show us how to get started. Patrick answered all my questions with patience and professionalism and even caught an issue our RV dealer needed to rectify before it affected our unit. Had the refrigerator go out on my new camper that I’d only had 10 months. Patrick came out to the campground and checked it out and called the manufacture, since it was still under warranty. They had him come back and take pictures and he sent them off to them. They decided to replace the complete unit since it wasn’t leaking. Shipped to him and he came back out and installed it. Pleasure to work with.

I have known Patrick and Ashley for 9 years and they have done excellent work on my camper from installing a new water heater when the old one went out. To fixing my awning after a tree fell on it. They worked great with my insurance company and made things super easy for me. I would recommend McDowell Mobile RV and Repair to anyone! They do self pay work with your insurance and warranty work. They have done excellent work for me they’ll do the same for you!!!

I work on the road and live in my camper, my slide is crooked and im about 10 hours away from it. I got recommended to this guy and he sounded like he would take care of it for me. Gave him the location and he said he would look at it in a couple days because he has some spots open and call me back... a couple weeks later he hasnt called me back, ignores my messages and said he cant get to it until this spring. Peoples word isnt what it use to be, thanks for really putting me in a bind. 👌
