My tire pressure had not been checked after I got in my car they were still low. Read the same low pressure when I brought it in. People need to be aware that some people may be lazy and untruthful. Sadly this Subaru dealership McDaniels is not trustworthy. Especially not towards women.

Monty was great! I had an issue with my speaker. The tech had called me & caused some confusion. I was very upset & Monty called me back. He rectified the situation.

I brought my Subaru Outback in on 1/31/24 to have the service department look at the front drivers side. I had run over something a few nights earlier (maybe a cardboard box) and it caused the panel underneath the front to hang down. My initial call was to Colton and he said it sounded like something they could handle at the dealership and to bring it by. When I arrived Monty took a look and advised that a clip had come off. He ran over to parts and came back with a clip and within fifteen minutes I was on my way. Your service department is phenomenal! They get ten stars. ⭐️ Thank you!

The general manager ultimately helped rectify an issue with our 2022 Subaru Outback, but we still don't know what was done to our car. I can only say the windshield no longer leaks. When I picked up the car most recently, I was told by the service rep "I've got to show these two guys to the shop. It's really important." and was handed the keys. The two guys were wearing polos with a logo on it and appeared to be reps. I asked what was done to my car and he responded I will email you as he walked out with them. I explained I just needed to know what was done to my car and he repeated that he had to go. I had already been back and forth to the service department multiple times at that point to sort out a leaking windshield. It's been over two weeks since that happened. We don't have an email like he promised. Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a customer survey. This shop is fine for basic maintenance, but I would not recommend this shop if there are any issues that require further work-up as it will be an inexplicably long ordeal and you won't know what they did to your car when they are finished.

Customer service limited to maybe 1 phone. Good luck trying to get in contact with the service department! Car was in their over a week, and received 2 texts and no phone calls after calling multiple times. Also, watch out for the Bogus charges! Anything they look at is like a $175 fee even if you tell them what is wrong.

McDaniels has a non advertised policy to not support Subaru repairs for cars with over 150k miles. My 2008 Outback LL Bean 3.0 had a radiator failure and was towed to the shop on a Friday evening. The sales people didnt inform me of the policy. On Saturday the service tech failed to inform me as well. I spoke with the service manager on Monday morning to learn im not a valued Subaru Customer. Im not a regular being from out of state. My 2008 Outback is too old for them to even diagnose the issue and maybe get me back on the road so I left it there and rented a car to drive back to VA. Oh and they were backed up 2 .months anyways.
