Bill is a very professional and honest mechanic bill has been servicing my car since the 80's whenever I've taken my car to bill he never turned me away when he was really busy he worked with me and I never had to return my car to him not ever, let me tell u a short story year's ago I took my car to cotton-man transmission because my transmission was slipping they told me I needed the hold transmission rebuilt 500.00 they had my car for two weeks! So I heard about bill took my car to him and I'll be.. it was a broken spring in the transmission bill fixed my car in one day 75.00 and every since bill has been servicing my car! there are some honest mechanic out there but bill is the go to person for any car repair you may need I put my money on that I don't know what I would do if bill was to ever close shop I would be crushed my whole family takes our cars there! so with that being said thank you bill for being the best honest mechanic I've had the pleasure to meet.

I have used McCausland Service since the early 1980's. If you want it done once and done right, Bill is the go to guy. You could possibly find a cheaper alternative, but I can't recall ever having to bring my vehicles back because it wasn't done right. Put their number in your phone. He's the best.

Fantastic work and great integrity. When I brought my car in, they tried to be as efficient as possible: it looked like the issue was a hose, so that's what they fixed and charged me for, with a promise that if it turned out not to be, they'd apply what I already paid to any other work. It did turn out to be something else, and sure enough, they applied the previous amount to it. My car handles like a dream now, and for half of what Dobbs quoted me. Be aware, though, this is a small shop and isn't going to be as fast as a chain. But if that's something you can work with, this is an AMAZING mechanic.

Very knowledgeable & great service! The mechanic was "straight to the point" and made sure I didn't spend a bunch of money on uneccessary parts. I had a busted wheel bearing and he had my car back to me within a day. It is driving great and the weird noise/vibration is gone.

Bill is the owner and is a great mechanic and a good guy - he won't gouge your wallet and stands by his work. My family has been using him for over 20 years!
