The guys here saved the day for me! I was on work travel and got a flat, I put air back in my tire and it quickly was losing air again. They got me in immediately and took care of my tire, even though the location with a nail was difficult to patch he made it happen to the alternative of ordering a whole new tire. I truly appreciate you getting me back on the road so quickly! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

Blew a camper tire on I 64 and the heat from the blown tire ruined the tire behind it. We only had one spare. Called McCarthy and they came to the rescue! Came out, surveyed the situation and took the two bad tires back to his shop so he wouldn’t damage our aluminum rims. Was back in no time. Great customer service!!!

The first lie is that they wanted the job. Grabbed it off of a national Bridgestone account board. Then they led me to believe they’d be there in 90 minutes. That turned into them lying when I called 3 hours later and they said the tech was 20 minutes from me. The next lie they told the account lady a hour after that was now the tech was never on the way before they had a wrong key.. total of 7 hours+ they left me on the hook when I could have Ubers to a hotel and have good service in the morning from a real compmy. Don’t work with these people. They’re LIARS

Contacted this center on 6/14/21 and Tony Wilson said someone would come Tuesday - no show, called Tony “he was tied up”, Wednesday no show again, called Tony another problem, called Tony Thursday late morning and asked if someone was coming today he said “I don’t have to come” and no one ever did - Thousands of dollars of hay lost- found someone from Orange to make a 45 minute trip over the 15 minutes from this shop— Very unhappy!!!

Had to get one tire replaced as a nail got into the sidewall and the job was done within 15 minutes. Reasonable rates and they were ready to dispose off the old tire for no extra charges. Definitely, a professional place to get the job done

I can't give these guys enough stars. If you're looking for quality service from friendly , down to earth people, look no further. These guys are up front and honest with their pricing. Our construction company located in Midlothian, VA had a crew working on a project in Charlottesville, VA. As luck would have it, their construction trailer had a flat tire just as they were getting on the road to head back to Richmond. I called a national tire chain store in Charlottesville, but they did not have a tire that would fit our trailer. I asked if they could recommend someone else in the area, and I was told that McCarthy Tire would be the place to call. I called McCarthy Tire and spoke with Tony who had the right tire and was able to get their roadside service truck out to our location immediately even though it was almost closing time. The roadside service tech was able to get everything repaired and we were quickly back on the road. The service that Tony and the rest of the team at McCarthy Tire - Charlottesville provided was above and beyond!

They put tubes in my tubeless john deere lawn mower tires based on their recomendation due to the tread being in good shape. They did it all real quick and for a great peice considering it would take a normal person much much longer with their own tools to do. I mowed my lawn a few hours later and the tires help up just fine. I'd go there again.

They treat you like you are part of their Family. You don't have any anxiety when you take your vehicle in. They take pride in their work. Have never had a Repair Shop in my 46years of owning a vehicle to treat me so well.🙏🏽❣

This business is exceptional. My husband has had several encounters with them and has been treated very fair. They are more interested in helping their customers than anything else. Truly amazing! Don't see that often.

We experienced a blowout on the highway, got in touch with our roadside assistance and they dispatched a tech and said it would take an hour and a half to get to us. Within 50 minutes our technician, Joey, had the job finished and ready to go before we could even get back to the truck! Absolutely outstanding and professional service, would recommend to anyone!!

Had to get a tractor tire repaired after snapping off a valve stem. Virginia Tractor didn't have the equipment to do the job. McCarthy fixed the tire fast and didn't charge me a dime! Won a customer for life.
