I blew a tire out at 11pm driving back from Phoenix. Changed it but I needed to drive back the next morning and I needed a spare. Who did I text and call at midnight? To get a tire fixed? Every “24 hour mobile tire” thing on Google Maps and no one answered…except MC Tire. After a quick 5 minute conversation I was on my way to MC Tire where they repaired my tire for new. 100 bucks total. Drove right into the yard and they fixed it at 1am. No hassle. No issues. Friendly. Took 10 minutes max. Anyone who says “unfriendly or trash” probably needs to look in the mirror because these guys were the complete opposite.

HORRIBLE customer service. I am pregnant had to take the tire down myself . Just for them to tell me $100 for used tire . Then because I look white they spoke Spanish say “ how I wanted a tire for free “ . And other petty things . I’m so beyond upset !!!

No stars! I was driving back to Tucson and got a flat tire close to home. Managed to get my car home with little air in the tire. My dad and brother in law took it to this place. Just to place a plug, this guy charged $40!! I will never go here. I'll just wait until the next morning to get it fixed. Most places charge anywhere from $10 to $12. Stay away from this place.

Horrible customer service, couldn’t help out because he said he didn't have the “patience” to do the job not to mention he threw the tire to the ground after losing his cool hitting the rim with the floor, and left us waiting so now all other tire shops are closed. Avoid this place at all cost.

Tengan cuidado, dicen que 24 horas pero confíe en lo que la página decía y llegue y no me quisieron atender, ya estando yo ahí. Solo me dijeron que estaba cerrado en ese día, aun cuando aquí aparece que estaba abierto, con la escusa que no tenían parches de pretexto. cuando uno va por un urgencia confiando que estarán ahi como dice en su publicacion.

Called and stayed outside for about 15min, no answer, we left, our tire ran out of air we called they finally answered and hung up while I discussed if to pay over 90$ on assistance. Rude customer service. Now I’m out with my two children at night on the side of the road. Thank you

Great guy, great service and great tires for great prices!! Amazing hours too we got two tires at 9:30 at night after a friend being stranded on highway. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service. Do not recommend especially if you’re a woman! - edited. This place has not been threatened do not be fooled by his responses to the rest of this businesses bad reviews. Should be reported for scamming customers. Do not spend your money here

AMAZING SERVICE IN A EMERGENCY SITUATION! TRUCKERS and TRAVELERS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 24hr TIRE SHOP!!! What an amazing experience I had servicing my 2022 Honda Civic in an emergency situation. When all other tire shops were closed, They were open. the two brothers Hector and Hector,Heard my emergency situation and worked out a deal that would work in my favor! They were genuine in trying to help me and figuring out what works best! In my situation where I was awaiting a new tire. I was running on a doughnut and when my donuts got flat after work, no one was open but MC tire shop. They were super fast and able to cut me a deal since I was awaiting new tires! Since I was purchasing a tire from them and my donut was no longer available for use, They would sell me a spare rim for the tire. I just purchased from them. They were awesome in creating conversation and making me feel secure in my purchase and let me review the tire before placement. And it was a great tire couldn’t even tell it was used. You can’t get that from many tire shops They made the process fast and easy, and I was on my way home. I am amazed by the service I received in such a unique Emergency situation. Definitely am bringing my business and referrals to this location!

Had a Screw loose on one of my tires at night. luckily this place is open 24/7 and fixed the issue pretty fast. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

Got taken advantage of, unfortunately my tire blew out and I did not have my jack in my car to put on the spare myself. I drove a mile down the road and found this spot he charged me $50 bucks to put my spare on for me lol ridiculous. He said it was due to it being after hours, how is this a 24/7 service if you excessively overcharge at night? DO NOT COME HERE.

super thankful for this guys help me when i was in tombstone stranded at 1 am came all the way from there shop to help me always checking up on me making SURE I was safe thank u tony very helpful people
