Terrible service! Wendell is extremely unprofessional and does NOT do what you ask/pay him to do! I took my car to him to fix a power steering issue and when he gave me my car back it was a lot worse than it was before he worked on it! I took it back to him to try to rectify the problem and he showed up drunk, cursed me out and decided to just close up shop WITHOUT GIVING ME MY KEYS BACK! I had to call the police just to be able to retrieve my keys from him. I have never been treated this way by a mechanic and I wouldn’t even recommend him to my worst enemy. This is truly the worst service I’ve ever had!!!!!!!

Wendell is great, my van came in with a ton of issues and the team at McKiddy got everything I needed fixed quickly and even went the extra mile after doing the repairs I paid for and helped with a ton more problems I was having with the van. timely, good with responses and descriptive on work done, highly recommend

Terrible service! Had a subframe bar installed in the back end of my car, I didn’t actually know if it was an issue but turns out it wasn’t, in fact my original bar wasn’t even damaged. He changed it anyway, charged me for it and kept the virtually undamaged original. Probably going to resale it. I got my car back 4 days later which would have been three but he decided to leave with my keys and not call and when I did get the car I had braking issues and multiple warning lights that have never been on. Told me to come back tomorrow and when I got there today he got mad and said come back the next day, I demanded he address this issue and his little buddy, who actually does the work, told me that those indicators were on before he serviced the vehicle. COMPLETE LIES!!! then told me that my hybrid battery was failing!!? After that he told me to pay his helper, the actual mechanic, for the diagnostic!! I said f you, you told me to come back up here and he walks off. I got no receipts and now have to go to a certified mechanic for a real diagnostic so that I can press charges in small claims court for the extra damage done due their inexcusable ignorance and arrogance!

Worst place to take your car to! Never take your car to this guy. He claimed it took him a whole 7 hrs to fix a the car (which was a minor fix) he didn't call to let us know it was finished luckily we walked up to see what was going on cause no way it should take 7 hours to fix and we get there and he's closing up shop basically was going to keep the car until tomorrow , then he added another 100 dollars more than the original price he said in the beginning, wouldn't give the car back if we didn't pay the extra money then to top it all of he wouldn't give a receipt without us paying more money for sales tax. Do not go to him it's not worth it !
