Hi, I'm giving The Owner Nick A Zero star if I could. The whole purpose of me bringing my car to him is bc my car started cutting off. I paid him to fix it bc he was supposed to be the professional. I picked up my car that morning. Later on that same day around 4pm my car started right back cutting off even though I paid a pretty penny. Nick said for me to bring it back which was rough on me bc I need my car for work. So I finally got it back to him. He called me back and told me other things that maybe the cause for my car to cut off. How can you play guessing games with my money and after I thought about it he Never gave me a proper diagnosis. After dealing with Nick. I needed a Fuel Pump which was over $500 dollars, radiator, AntiFreeze, thermostat, tune up Which he only Changed 3 spark plugs instead of 4 he didn't change No WIRES, MANNN MY WINDOWS WAS LEFT DOWN WHEN I CAME TO PICK MY CAR UP I SHOWED IT TO HIM IT LOOKED LIKE DOGS SPENT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR. DOG HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE.!!! BY ME LEAVING MY CAR WITH NICK ALL of a SUDDEN my radiator was leaking. He TAMPERED with my ignition switch!! It sucks when a person feels like you have money they take ADVANTAGE OF YOU ESPECIALLY BEING A WOMAN AS WELL. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO Pick UP MY CAR AFTER PAYING ALL THIS MONEY HE TRIED TO SAY I KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS I DIDN'T PROPERLY DIAGNOSE YOUR CAR , BUT WHAT I FOUND TO BE WRONG IT'S GOING TO COST YOU OVER $1800 NICK JUST GOT OVER $1500 DOLLARS FROM ME AND I STILL HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC TO GET IT TO STOP FROM CUTTING OFF. SOME PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THAT THEY WILL REAP WHAT THEY SEW!! HANDS DOWN I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO NOOOOO ONE UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!! POINT BLANK PERIOD. I KNOW HE WILL COME UNDER MY COMMENT AND POST LIES BC THAT'S WHAT CROOKS DO!

I was referred by a friend to this place, so I decided to give them a call. I asked to speak with Nick, but the lady who answered mentioned that he wasn’t available and introduced herself as his wife. When I asked for a brake quote, she explained that they don’t provide quotes over the phone, which I understood. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to be told that it would cost $60 just to inspect my brakes. I was shocked—why would I pay that much just to have someone take a look? After discussing this with the friend who referred me, I learned that he wasn’t charged for a brake inspection. There needs to be a level of consistency in how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this experience turned me away as a potential customer. The pricing didn’t add up, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

The professionalism and customer service was unbelievable. Millie and Nick are a great team and represented the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in a very long time. MC Auto also offers very fair comprehensive prices. The work speaks for itself. I highly recommend MC Auto.

This is a family mechanic shop. Nick and the boss lady are super sweet people. They definitely care about his customers. Best prices for any service you are looking for. I took my Mercedes and they got me right. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

What great people!! We were on a cross country road trip, had a power steering hose break. We called MC Auto, Miss Milly was so helpful and caring for our situation, told us to bring it in right away. These guys went above and beyond to get us on the road the same day. Their repairs were great, they charged us a very reasonable price for the repairs. Miss Milly even followed up with us a few days later to make sure we made it home!! What great customer service!! Wish I lived closer to have general maintenance performed at this shop. I highly recommend this company.

MC Auto does an amazing job! I love the owners, they are very welcoming, super understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable. I’ve came here for one car at least 4x and each time they extended great customer service. Reasonable prices and I know that I could trust them with any service! One thing I also loved is that they are a Christian auto shop and it’s always amazing to see businesses like that. I appreciate Nick & Millie so much and may God continue to bless their business abundantly!

My car broke down while in columbia and I needed to drive an hour back to sumter to pick up my kids from school in 2 hours. Nick squeezed me in on a tight schedule and got my car up an going in an hour while also getting a ride for my wife to get her to the airport in time for a flight. I can't thank them enough, Amazing service!

Nick and Millie are the kindest, most honest people you will ever meet. To say they go above and beyond for their customers is a massive understatement. You simply will not find better people or better service at any other shop. Not to mention, Nick is an absolute GENIUS, when it comes to working on cars. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

I called Mr. Nick about a quote to replace the mass air flow sensor on my nissan rogue. He helped me right away. I was in and out of his shop within the next hour. The service was efficient, fast and amazing at a great price! Topped off my fluids and all. Thank you so much! Definitely returning and I highly recommend them!

We were heading up to a family gathering in Black Mountain, NC when my Dad and Sue had car trouble outside of Columbia. We headed to MC Auto Services from looking up Auto repair shops on Google. It turns out we were extremely lucky. Fantastic service and absolutely great people. They got us back on the road and saved our family weekend. Many many thanks. A bright spot.

Had a few hiccups but nick kept his word and went out his way to ensure everything on my car was running top notch. Even after I got a little upset about some miscommunication he remained professional and did his job satisfactory.... I rarely leave comments and try to support black owned businesses. My car was there for 2 1/2 days. Left on Halloween day around 1:30pm. No status updates. When I did come by to get status, told me they were behind and promised to work on my car the next day...I waited the entire day...didn't give no updates . Finally went and picked up my car today and Nick met me outside and said still haven't found issue. My car was in the back, they had to move cars to bring mine out. Which tells me they wasn't working on it. I would of respected them more if gave some updates/status

Very disrespectful and bias. Ask him for a simple code reader problem. Would not recommend to anyone bad mechanic. Take your business else where. The worst mechanic in South Carolina. A mechanic that 30 year can’t pull out a simple code reader to tell the customers what wrong the vehicle is not a good mechanic. You can have all the years of experience but still be no smart and open minded. There are a lot vehicle(aka Honda accords,etc) that wasn’t to have performed part on it. I had roommate who hellcat broke constantly because of boost. Anyway I just ask him to check the code and he throws his opinion like he pay a customer car note, very disrespectful. You would never get my service because I asked for something simple. Bad business. Yuck

We were traveling from Florida to Ohio when the alternator went out on our car on 77N in Columbia. A wonderful young lady named Heather. who works for United Auto Sales stopped to see if she could help us and ended up getting in touch with Nick at MC and he sent a tow truck driver named Barry to get us and they went above and beyond to help us to get back on the road. Nicks wife Miss Millie was so kind and they say all customers are family and I can say we have truly made more family members.
