Good service but extremely expensive

I took my truck because the engine light lit up , took it to Rene three times for the same probably within 4 days.He ignored me after the 3rd time. Never fixed the problem, but took my $300. He did not want to refund my money!!!! DO NOT TRUST THOS GUY !!!! ( -10 )

If I could put no stars I would. Do not take your vehicle to this mechanic. I have been bringing my cars here for years. The last few years there has been an incredible decline in their service. I used to trust them. They were a little more expensive but would fix the problem. Not anymore. Now they are liars and thiefs. They bill for a service and parts and don't give you what you pay for. I have paid them twice to fix my a/c. It worked for about a month and then stopped. Today was the last straw though. Last year I took my car for a check engine light. I was told i had a major emissions leak and they had to replace the gas tank. Ummm ok. I drive an older model car. Was told the car was fixed. Gas tank had like a 90 day warranty. Ok. Check engine light was off & they had gotten me the inspection which at the time I appreciated. The check engine light has never come back on so great! Well no, I took it to another place for my inspection today & imagine my surprise when I was told that I did have a light and it was the same code. The gentleman explained that the light may have been disabled. I took my car back to Mazzo auto and was told that it's impossible for the light to be disabled and that it had probably burned out. Ummm no. I keep my car in good condition and there has been no light since they "fixed" it. They would fix my car again if i liked. I have filed a report with the BBB.

El peor servicio, Cero recomendado me hicieron un trabajo y no se hicieron responsables de algo que no conectaron bien, de mil maneras intenté que me vieran mi camioneta ya que me la entregaron y sólo alcancé a llegar a mi casa donde dejo de funcionar aún cobrándome 700 dlls, el señor es un despota al principio se porta bien y ya solo pagas y sale cambia la actitud!!!! NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO!

Would not recommend. I took a work truck here to have a timing chain fixed as well as a water pump. The timing chain was not done properly and ruined the entire engine. They are supposedly insured and bonded but refused to fix the engine when they realized it was there fault. I paid 1100 for the job and got a completely ruined engine back with zero compensation.
