Saturday I left my car with the staff, and amazingly they were able to finish the work in a short time. I have been very frustrated with my car engine light, not going off. Although I did not have my truck repaired as originally planned, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Victor, the mechanic. From start to finish, he was attentive, transparent, and extremely helpful. After conducting a diagnostic, he followed up with me promptly and offered honest advice, explaining why proceeding with certain repairs would not be cost-effective without addressing other issues. His integrity and professionalism saved me money, which I greatly appreciated. I will undoubtedly return for future services and will gladly recommend this shop to others.

I came here to get a custom exhaust system installed and hands down the worst “professionals” I have ever encountered. Let me give you the run down, first of all I have a dual exhaust and there are no exhaust tips it’s just pipes coming out the back and there two different shapes and sizes lmao looks like they tried to hammer them to at least be the same shape but ones oval and the others 1.5” smaller and round also sounds horrible. I have gone back and tried to get them to not only fix this but there is obviously metal on metal and rattling sounds at mid rpm’s which was dismissed as “raspiness” even though it sounds like a soda can full of Pennie’s on a freaking bmw! Hands down ruined my car I am unhappy every time I drive and hear my car. They refuse to fix it and tried charging me $100s of dollars just to put one of the old exhaust components back on. They do not do good work at all surprised they are still in business. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else they’ll have your car sounding like a soda can full of Pennie’s with two different size exhaust tips at least they should cut the pipes before the exhaust hole and weld on simetrical tips it would take 20 minute just an example of the quality of this work. Ps did not pass inspection due to what they did to my car and they refuse to give me my money back.

This place is a rip off and a scam! Do not trust them! I repeat do not trust them! I trusted them for the second time not only did they get upset when I asked why they over charged me for an alignment. The guy had the audacity to say it's always me complaining like everyone else just takes their lick and walks it off. He said every car is different. the thing is i only own one car and it's the same one I brought last time for the same thing.

This place is a rip off and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take advantage of the elderly and the Spanish speaking community by overcharging and sometimes they don't even do the work my dad payed over 160 for an alignment that was never done in the first place. It would be different if was for a reason. But no they actually gave us paper work they did but Firestone said otherwise we noticed something was off and Firestone said it needed an alignment 😓

Raul and James did a great job taking care of my vehicle while acknowledging me consistently on the automotive problems. I most definitely recommend! I had my catalytic converter were cut off of my truck I at first thought my exhaust pipe came loose when they raised my truck in the air they showed me that someone had cut them off and they showed me that I had an oil leak from my valve covers and that my rack and pinion was about to fall off so I told them to fix everything and they did for reasonable price I will my truck back to them when it needs service.

I have used this car care center about 3 times and have received great service each time I found them because I lived in the area and it was convenient but I have since moved and will still make the trip to bring my car here because they are friendly and provide great service and their prices are reasonable I would recommend anyone looking for service to bring their cars here!
