I have been a long standing client of Jessie ... and I totally recommend them. They are honest and reliable. Our whole family have our cars maintained and serviced by Jessie Snr. He is the best!!!

I rented a 16’ Uhaul from this location. Truck ran good and was clean. I picked up remotely with my phone with no issues. Staff was helpful when I returned. Make sure to top off the tank before you return, these rental companies charge around 5x if they have to do it.

Had a well advanced u haul trailer rental. The trailer had an issue with the lights that they claimed was my truck. Truck plugged into a different trailer and nothing was wrong. They didn't offer another trailer and just blamed it on my truck even though I knew the truck was fine. I'd recommend renting elsewhere if you are relying on a reservation

Maxx is my go to place for U-Haul rentals. They are incredibly friendly and efficient. The company store north of the airport is abysmal in terms of time. Always a long wait to get served. Not at Maxx. Fast friendly service that can't be beat! I highly recommend them.

Jesse and all employees at mass auto were completely awesome. Jesse went out of his way to make sure my purchase and later uhaul rental was an exceptional experience and they both were absolutely that. Highly recommended and 1000 stars for all at maxx auto!!!!
