I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received at Maxi‘s on Fario. And the communication from them was absolutely the best I have ever received when having my car(s) worked on. Not to mention that their three year guarantee on labor and their 12 month warranty on parts was a complete surprise to me when they provided their brochure when I picked up my car. Five star service all around!!! Thank you Jose & Manny!!

I booked an oil change online for my wife’s car. The work was good, and they got it done very fast. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the price. It wasn’t disclosed to me until I dropped it off and it was definitely higher than I was expecting. I would have preferred knowing before I got there.

Just in for a scheduled oil change but as usual the gentlemen at the desk were courteous and prepared with the paperwork when I arrived. I've used Maxi's for repair work on all three of my cars and have never been disappointed. Their work has always been good and at a fair price.

MANY THANKS MAXI AUTO REPAIR! Jose, Manny, and their coworkers at Maxi Auto Repair on Fario Rd. were absolutely our guardian angels when we had very unexpected and dangerous brake/caliper issues right before we were leaving town to travel back to NC. We were eating lunch across the road from their shop and when we tried to back out of the parking lot, our truck said, “No way!” We found Maxi through google and they talked us through the easiest way to get our limping truck across the street to their shop. Once there, they immediately took a look, identified the issues and explained them to us, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and quickly sourced and replaced all broken/used up parts. They literally did the impossible of finding all necessary parts and completing all repairs in a matter of hours (versus days) to ensure we could get back on the road the same day! Unbelievably amazing!! And to top it off, their pricing is completely fair and super competitive. If I lived anywhere nearby, I would definitely be back. If you do live nearby and are looking for your new favorite mechanic, go here because you will find a shop full of them!

First time customer and I was very happy. Came in for a rattling noise under my car. When I dropped off they had a tech drive with me to identify the noise. They did a full inspection, send picture and video of the issues they found and other things they recommended. We then spoke on the phone and they gave me their suggestions. They did the things I wanted and left alone the things that weren’t in need on attention right now. Even topped off all fluids for free. Everyone was very nice and professional. Will return if future car issues arise.

They made every step of the process easy for me including getting me an Uber ride home since my service would take most of the day. They were able to fix all the problems I brought to their attention with my brakes/rotors (that another auto repair shop caused) and my e brake. I will definitely take my car back here for future services. Nice to finally find a good auto shop!

Brought my SUV in to diagnose an air conditioning issue. They determined that the AC system was fine but instead the electric fan that cools the radiator and AC condenser was defective and needed to be replaced. All was good until I questioned their repair estimate’s cost of parts. Was quoted $1730 for the electric fan assembly. I called the dealership who quoted me a retail price of $1225 for the same part. When I asked why Maxi’s price for parts were so much higher than the dealer retail price, I was told they mark up their parts 40%. Wow. They buy parts as a business at a discount under retail and charge the customer 40% over retail. Needless to say I took the SUV to the dealer who made the entire repair for the costs Maxi was wanting to charge for the part alone. So much for my try to give a small local auto repair shop my business.

Great customer service. Fair price. Fast turnaround. Got me back on the road quick. Would have been same day if the part had come in sooner. My new go to auto repair shop. They did an alternator swap on my 2007 Tundra.

I absolutely love these guys!!! Manny, Cori, & Jose were so awesome!!! After taking my son’s car to Ford multiple times this year, and still it wasn’t getting fixed, I found Maxi Auto Repair and they saved the day. Communication was great. They called daily to let me know what was going on with the car and had it fixed within a week!!! My car stayed at the Ford service department for up to two months each time I brought it to them and the problem never got fixed, I don’t know what they did to my car when they had it. Jose, Manny, & Cori keep doing what you’re doing! You guys are awesome and im so grateful I found u guys!!!

Went in to shop with a frayed battery cable; although they don’t normally do this type repair, they helped me out and got me back on the road. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!
