⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at Mavis Tire! I don’t often write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve recognition. I recently visited Mavis Tire on Waters & Benjamin for a major service on my GMC Sierra AT4. My truck was pulling hard to the right, practically driving itself off the road when the wheel was held straight. Another shop had supposedly “fixed” the issue, but it was clear that something was still very wrong. From the moment I called Mavis, the experience was top-notch—they answered right away, were open on Sunday morning, and communicated perfectly about my arrival time and the timeline for the job. The front desk team was excellent, making sure I didn’t have to sit around waiting unnecessarily. Shoutout to Aviv – A True Suspension Expert! When I arrived, a technician specifically requested Aviv to work on my truck, knowing the job required specialized knowledge of suspensions, especially the tight tolerances of the Sierra AT4. Aviv quickly diagnosed a serious issue that the previous shop had completely missed—the rear left U-bolt wasn’t even on the plate correctly, likely contributing to the misalignment. What impressed me the most was Aviv’s precision and expertise. In a world where computers spit out answers in seconds, this guy actually understands the mechanics behind it. He meticulously took everything apart, made the necessary corrections, and got the variances perfect—a level of care and detail that is incredibly rare. The result? An absolutely flawless alignment. No price games, no unnecessary upselling—just honest, skilled, and efficient work. If you need an alignment, this is the guy to see, at this exact Mavis location. Finding technicians like Aviv is rare, and he truly sets this shop apart. Hard 5/5 stars. I’ll be back for any future alignment needs—highly recommend!

*** I DO NOT RECOMMEND TILL THE PERSON IN CHARGE TAKES ACTION AGAINST CURRENT MANAGER *** If you are in a pinch, you must work with Brandon. i have audio recording of the managers bad mouthing the company and product sold to me and not wanting to take accountability for the poor job they did. these guys are a liability to this location and should not be in charge. the audio recording speak for themselves. the managers didnt want to address my issues which were a liability. thankfully when i returned on Thursday January 16th, Brandon, a new manager, said it was his first day and took over my file. Brandon test drove my truck and knew what the issue was right away and corrected it. However, it wasnt without a fight with the other managers for a total of 6 days.... if it wasnt for brandon, i would have had continuous break feedback on newly installed brake and tires and would have had to go to different shop to get it re-done as my truck was not safe to drive and the managers/front desk guys couldnt care less. i seriously urge you investigate this issue, regarding invoice# 00121043 / WO# 00086978 feel free to reach out to me for the audio recording, as a business owner myself, i would write up these guys, if not fire them cause its an accident and litigation waiting to happen

I am so grateful for the consistent service at Mavis. We have been customers for years. They have repeatedly fixed my Honda fit over and over again For the same problem with the splash guard coming down. They never charge me for that service. They have been excellent, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility.

My husband spoke highly of this tire shop and they didn’t disappoint!!!!! I got off work and realized I had a flat tire and these guys not only took care of my tire but also gave me a great price on two new tires. They took the stress off of my shoulders and they have gained a new customer for life!!! Thank you for providing such amazing service.

Recently had a set of new tires installed. I requested for the technician to check the TPMS sensors and valve stems. Once complete my car was backed out of bay and parked. About halfway home the TPMS light came on blinking which means one or more of the sensors is not connected/working properly. Went back to the store for this problem to be checked. I was then informed the front left sensor is bad and that I would have to pay $80 for it to be fixed. This is a bit outrageous as my sensors worked fine before the installation and I also requested that they be checked, which my receipt plainly states. So now the customer is on the hook for Mavis's failure? Please, make it make sense...

Made an appointment online and when I got there I was turned away. I got an attitude over their mistake and then asked to reschedule another day. Nah , I'm all set. I pulled directly into walmart next door and got better tires for less money. Don't waste your time or money here. Overpriced and rude

Amazing experience to share. honesty and transperency is what ive got from brandon and louis from maavis tires Other tire company gave me quote for fixing head light bulb for 400 dollars I just bpught the bulb from outside Im regular customer of maavis tires I was expecting they would charge me a little But i was amazed they didnt charge me any thing . As it was just 1 min work I touched and impressed by customer service and humble honest and transperant approach Would recommend maavia tires as best in tampa

best experience I could have had!! Got a nail in my tire 45 minutes before they closed and they immediately helped me out. Roger was so good at making it easy and fast for me could not recommend more!!
