I had a great experience with the store manager, Walter Torres—he was professional, attentive, and truly cared about both customers and employees. However, the assistant manager, Kim Williams, was the complete opposite. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Her attitude made the experience unpleasant, and it’s clear she’s not fit for a leadership position. I highly recommend management re-evaluate her role because she brings down the otherwise great atmosphere of the store.

The Master Mechanic, Tom checked out my car, that was showing a check engine light activated in record time; the issue was resolved in a timely manner… I love the great service. The Slidell location is AMAZING, Period.

Don’t hesitate to visit this Mavis! Each member of the facility was amazingly kind and took the time to take our situation into account. They did their best and beyond to accommodate and help us get back on the road safely. The value of service was great and they serviced our vehicle in a timely manner. Each of them took time out of their day, after closing, to complete the job. Cannot recommend this Mavis enough!

I should be able to put more stars. They are the best. Every time I go there, I have a lot ( and I mean a lot of questions) and they have the answer to all of them. Sometimes I find stuff to ask them, just to see if they know....always have the answer. They treat me like I'm family. I appreciate each and every one of them for all they do.....I can on and on, but I would run out of space to type it all in

My car was too low for them to do an alignment, however the team was extremely helpful and resourceful. The man behind the counter went above and beyond to refer me to a shop that could align my car, and was able to get me in quick.

OMG!! What a wonderful experience! Ms. Kim and her crew treated us like family and with expert customer service. We were vacationing and had trouble with our SUV rental's rear tire. They immediately started helping us without waiting. Ms. Kim talked to us to reassure us and make us comfortable! This shop is a class act!!
