Anthony was great. I limped in on the rim from hitting something. Didn’t have an online appointment but they worked me in and ended up changing my tire for free cause I didn’t have my wallet with as well(dumb I know smh). They treated me above and beyond what I deserved. I’d send anybody there .:)

Why would you schedule a 9:00 am appointment and not put the vehicle in the garage until 10:30 for a simple wheel balance job. Poor business!!

I’ve used Mavis to purchase predominantly tires for over a decade when both living in Georgia and the Sarasota Florida area. The Fruitville Road location specifically is why I’m posting this five star review and acknowledgment of their commitment to customer satisfaction. This team made sure that we had the right tire at the right price for our vehicle. Having just recently purchased four tires from a different location, this team of Brandon, Christopher, and Anthony made sure that when we had a recent blowout, they got the exact same tire from another location quickly so the treads would match and they would all wear evenly alongside those purchased just a few months ago. And true to their word, they worked up a great price for us. Can’t thank this group enough or recommend them more highly . If you read this and try the location, I hope you have the same great results.

Called on a Friday afternoon for an oil change the next day. They said they had an appointment at 11, to which I told them to book me for that, and I would drop my car off early when they opened. Upon hearing this, I was told at that point if I’m dropping it off early that I didn’t need an appointment, to just drop it off in the morning and I would be called when it was done. Showed up on Saturday at open and was told they couldn’t get to me as I didn’t have an appointment. It’s not that hard to stick to your word, or not make empty promises in the first place. Will not be back

They are absolutely amazing here, highly recommend! I came in on Sunday with a nail in my tire and it turned out it was easily popped out, didn’t even need a patch. They didn’t even charge me for their time! Honest, hard working team here, and they just earned a loyal future customer. Thanks guys!

They make me drive half hour to get to the shop after calling the manager and he confirmed that he have the tire size and he give me the price when I get there. They want me to wait for two hours then they told me we cannot find the tire, wasting my time for nothing
