I work for a locally owned business and while driving one of our company trucks noticed the steering was off. Call the store and spoke with Jason. Told me they had immediate opening for an alignment. Dropped the truck off and in no time performed a badly needed alignment. I was so pleased that I have brought 2 more of my fleet in the next day. This time I spoke with Mike and the technician and was brought right in and was taken care of immediately. Professional and courteous staff. Thanks guys!

Ran into some issues with plugging a tire myself and brought it up to Mavis to ask for help. They got me in quickly and fixed the tire so we could get back on the road. Really appreciate the staff there.

Went in for an emergency patch and they had me in-and-out in 15 minutes. They also helped with my check engine light and got me a quote for when I return to have my tires replaced. I will definitely be back. Excellent 5 star customer service

Highly recommend! I needed to get my brakes replaced, an oil change and my windshield wipers replaced and they did it all within a few hours! Truly great customer service, the team was very kind and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They didn't try to sell me on any products or services I didn't need and were fairly priced. I will definitely be going back here in the future!

NO MORE FREE TIRE BALANCE AND ROTATION WHEN YOU BUY TIRES! 🛞 1. Service is usually great depending on which location you go to. Wake Forest off of HWY 98 Raleigh on Baileywick Rd. 2. Prices are very competitive, that’s one reason why I purchased tires at Mavis and have been doing so for over 16 years, mainly when they were NTB/Merchants 3. The other reason I purchased tires at Mavis was because, when they were NTB/Merchants, they had free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires when you purchase tires from them. NOT ANYMORE! After these tires are worn, I’ll be shopping for a new place to purchase my tires. More than likely it will be at Discount Tire where they offer free rotation and balance for the life of your tires when purchased from them!

My wife and I took her car to Mavis Tires & Brakes on Duraleigh Road on a Sunday afternoon when the tire gauge in her car indicated the air pressure in one of her tires was extremely low. When we arrived at Mavis, we were greeted by two very pleasant, professional and accommodating technicians. One of the technicians found a nail in that tire and told us he could patch it then if we had time to wait. Of course, we waited and he completed the job in a very short period of time. The techs and the manager treated us professionally and kindly. We definitely will be a return customer!

Once again consistency is key! Mike and his crew are knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I truly did not expect to be able to get my axle fixed because many of the other stores do not do that specific type of work. But I am glad I asked! Highly recommended location!

4:00 Appointment on Saturday Nov 30. We drive two cars there so we can drop one, and they are closed. Sign says open to 5 on Saturday. Locked up and no one answering the phone. All down hill since they went to Mavis.

Brad and Adrian are awesome ! They found the nail in my Tesla Model Y that no one else’s could find and they have me a killer dealt on a set of tires. Would highly recommend it !

Brad really helped me out in a pinch! Tires was flat and at around 7pm they were the only ones open. He mounted it to the rim for me and had it ready to put back on my care in about 15 minutes. Really solid service and was super helpful.

I have been back and forth on whether or not to stay with Mavis. Since they took over from NTB it has not been the best experience, with many changing of the guards. Well the recent change, in the form of Brad, is the best change they could have made. His professionalism and knowledge is what I look for when I go anywhere for service. Brad had a thorough check up of my car conducted, and told me what work needed to be done. Once I decided to move forward with the work, I was kept informed of the progress and when my car was ready. Great experience, thanks to Brad and staff.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for the past five years. I almost stopped two years ago because the previous manager did not seem to care to answer questions I had about the maintenance of my cars. The current manager, Mike, is a definite improvement over the two previous managers. The store is cleaner than before and the service is much better. My cars are always ready when they say they will be ready and the price is always what they quote. I will continue to bring my cars to the Duraleigh Rd. location.

Oil change revealed stripped lugs. If Brad had not suggested a tire rotation, my wife could have experienced a serious accident. I’m forever grateful for him because his customer service was beyond superior. Mavis’s mechanics are efficient & expedient.

Mike and his team at this location are top tier. Not only do they do great work on my car they will also help show me occasional things like fixing headlights/brakelights so I can fix my car on my own. I’m in and out for oil changes and tire rotations never wait more than 1-2 hours, if that, to have them completed. Everything is very reasonably priced here and they will honor discount codes from the website.
