Horrendous experience came in for an alignment told me I needed new tie rods let them do it, fell off they said they replaced them and nothing was replaced my alignment was never fixed 700 scammed out of me

I am a "Lifetime Mavis Tire & Brake's Customer. I experienced continued "Excellence" Thursday morning Jan 16, 2025 when Liz answered my call for car care. She asked if I was "safe". I was pleasantly surprised that she expressed care for me and my car. Amazing family connection was born! Upon intake - James understood my situation, no appointment, needed oil change to be done with limited time. James mirrored Liz's professionalism. I forgot to mention tire rotation to Liz but James informed Liz as he added the change. They agreed and informed/reminded me that my tire rotation was free. I love these Professional Managers, straight talkers, down to earth and Customer's Dream. Thx Liz and James, you're Awesome!!! E L Dowdy rate them A+ in Customer Service. at "Intake" when I explained my tire problems to Sarah and picked up my car after 4 new tires installed. The professional excellence continued even when I returned my car to Phillip for those new tires to be replaced due to "road noise". My tires were replaced instantly and now I am a very happy "Mavis Quiet Tire Driver" thanks to Phillip, Sarah and Mavis Tires. You Guys are Awesome 💯, Thanks again!

I found a nail in my tire and the closest place.to me was Mavis. I was expecting a long wait like you have at other tire stores, but they were amazing. They were able to get me fixed and on the road in a better of minutes. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The store was.clean and even has a corner for little kids to hang out in. I would definitely say head to Mavis Tires.

Had the worst experience with a tire company in my 61 years at the Mavis tire store on Highway 42 in Raleigh, I sat for an hour and 45 minutes before the young lady, the manager of the store, informed me that my tires were not in. and I quote “I don’t think that the vendor came today”. My time is important. Apparently she did not realize that. Worst experience I’ve ever had. If I can cost you a customer or two I hope I do.

I was referred to Tony by Matteo's Tow Company who gave me a jump. Tony confirmed and shared the details of my battery being dead and was able to replace it right away...all on Christmas Eve. I really appreciated the referral and the trust that these two businesses have in each other. Tony got me in right away and replaced the battery equally as fast. So grateful...

Mavis Tire was a lifesaver! I brought them a tire I was sure was unfixable, and expected to have to buy a new tire. This group of gentlemen worked their magic and were able to fix my tire, saving me from having to buy a new one! Thank you to general manager Anthony and his crew!

Mavis tire is a great tire shop with honest people working. Lis at the front desk was very helpful in my stressful situation and got me what I needed in the end. She kept everything running smooth and the customers flowing. The technician did the job quickly and professionally. And always a better price for a better product than anywhere else.

Their Service Manager Tony is awesome and took great care of my 4Runner. Only recommended what was needed with no up-selling or pushy “your care is dangerous” tactics here. Highly recommend this place for tires, breaks, and other auto care.
