I went in because my valve stem was not holding air on my jaguar xe, they asked to see my keys and got to looking at my car immediately. I went into the bathroom and was talking on the phone with somebody, by the time I came out of the bathroom they had my keys on the counter. They had showed me that my valve stem was damaged and they actually replaced it by then too. The best part is that they did it for free Curtis did not want to charge me at all he is a really nice guy and was very respectful and I was confident in their work throughout the whole process thanks guys I will come back and do business in the future 👍🏽

Bought 4 new tires about a month ago. Have been back to have those tires rebalanced 2 times. Took my car to another shop, and tires were still out of balance. Went back to Mavis, the manager is rude and caught him in lies. The manager admitted that their balancing machine has not been calibrated in a while. The manager also stated the store was sent a kit to calibrate the balancer, but they haven't done it because that's not their job. Wanted a refund on the tires that are still out of balance, and the manager refused. Said there is nothing wrong with the tires and I would need to contact Dodge (my car is a charger).

Customer service is horrible! Been 6 weeks and they haven't called me back. Small issue with tire repair that could have easily been taken care . Update. They got back to me and made it more than right.

I am so impressed by this tire shop! It’s my first time here… they got me a same day appointment. When I arrived the staff was really nice and helpful. Bill was especially nice, personal and professional. He made my day! Prices were sooo much lower compared to another place I used to go.

I woke up this morning and one of my tires had 14 PSI. I checked and there was a nail. I called around and Mavis was able to get me in right away. Within 15 minutes, the tire was patched and I was on my way. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much!

First time here, on a Sunday in and out without issues Ryan and Bill just know how to do business we will be back. Yet again, 2 years later today 11/24/24 Bill and his team took care of me this is the difference to coming to small companies and not these big corporate company

If I could leave 10 stars for Sean who works at Janesville, WI Mavis Tire, I would in a heart beat. Fantastic, kind and very professional service in replacing a flat tire on Sunday late afternoon. Sean refused to take any money for the service they provided and said “That’s what we do”. Thank you Sean for helping my husband and putting a spare Tire for him.

We were good having our car serviced here until last week when our diagnostic tool for our car was removed and not put back. I called Mavis two times to ask if they had it. Each time I was told the guy who worked on my car was not there but they would leave a message for him. Two days later I called again, same story. I will never bring my car back to Mavis again. Their thoughtlessness for customers is not good for business. They certainly have lost mine and I’ll be sure to tell friends not to come here. Honesty is lost here.

I was an hour away from home and my car started making some weird sounds in the evening. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to drive back safely and I was desperate to have my car looked at, and didn’t really know what to do as I haven’t been in this situation before. I called Mavis as they were close to my location and they told me to stop by and they would have a look at it. Although it was super last minute, they got my car in the shop and cleared me to drive home, and on top of that they didn’t even charge me anything for inspecting my vehicle. I am so lucky I was in the area and super grateful for the staff here for being so nice and willing to help me out in a tricky situation. If you’re ever in the same predicament I was, I recommend giving them a call!

It was so EASY to schedule my appointment and get in to fix my tire. I am typically anxious about car repairs but they were so kind, fast, and the price was MUCH less than I expected. I’m thankful for their service and although I hope I’m not back until it’s for new tires, I will definitely be a customer for sure!
