Amazing service. I've been to the location before and I swear they must have overhauled the staff because I have never had a better experience in an auto shop. Props to the workers inside for getting everything handled so fast and the workers outside for moving like the flash. I'll be using and referring this shop from now one.

I took my car in when John was the manager. They installed new struts, new tires, oil change and tune up. Within 2 days I had to go back due to struts were not installed properly and a cap came off. I asked them to replace a new plastic resivoir which holds anti freeze. After taking care back 3 times since the work was done there are still issues. John the manager left and some new manager Pete was very rude and went on and on about he only had 1 mechanic working. I spent 2k and at this time I'm still trying to get my car back in for them to fix what was not done properly. Now, I have to deal with another new manager as Pete in no longer employed there. They appear to have issues keeping employees.

First time ever dealing with Mavis Tires. We were so impressed with the service Jesse provided to us from the minute we drove up. Jesse greeted us right away and listened to our tire dilemma. What impressed my husband and I mostly about Jesse was his listening skills, his knowledge, confidence and willingness to provide a solution with genuine concern. He had to order the tire we needed to match our other 3 tires that were only 3 months old. He told us he would have the tire by a certain date and he did, he told us he would call us as soon as it came in and he did and made our appointment and we had our car back within two hours. It's rare to receive this level of customer service anywhere, anymore. Thank you for taking such good care of us Jesse! Tom and Eleonora Williams p.s. Great price too!

Jessie AND James YALLL ARE AWESOMEEEEEEE!!! Anyone reading this, I showed up with no hope that my car would get done before close. These dudes changed my tire, helped me out within 28 minutes. They were so so nice too and really made me feel like they wanted to help me from human to human not business to human. Thank you so much. Seriously. My terrible day made so much better not only because my tire got fixed but just the genuine human connection.

Mavis at Bartram Park is the only place I fully trust for my tires and brakes. My last visit when I thought I might need new brakes they told me I still had 40% left and didn’t need replacement at this time. It’s honesty like that, combined with fair up-front pricing, that will keep me and my extended family coming here again and again!

So grateful to this location for helping me with a problem with my tire after i tried getting free air and it wasn’t working. The manager said he’d take care of filling my tire and found one of the little ruben’s connectors from a previous tire fill lodged in place on my tire and took care of removing it for me and checking all my tires…for free. I’m so appreciative! You guys are great!! 🌻

I was quoted a definite price over the phone with a specialists . They told me I had to pay a $25 reservation deposit fee and that deposit fee will be taken off of my invoice . After the repairs was done on my car the invoice did not include the $25 deposit and was alot higher than what I was quoted . I called Mavis and the person who answered said he didn’t know why I was asked to pay $25 or it would of been taken off which did not make sense . My quote price was not honored and I still did not receive the $25 back that I was promised.

I’d rate them a 1000/5 stars if i could. Jessie was super helpful, super kind and i can’t overstate how grateful I am that he helped me today along with the sweet guys that worked on my car. They did what they could to help me and fix my tire so i could safely make it home to see my family for the holidays. Having little knowledge about anything car related always makes me anxious when it comes to my car needing to be serviced, but these guys were extremely nice and helped me understand what was going on with my car. Jessie went step by step on how they planned to fix it and being able to actually understand what was going on in there was like a breath of fresh air. As inconvenient as it was to have tire issues, i’m so glad i ended up choosing them. They were all like angels in disguise, and their kindness and willingness to help me out in time for Christmas made me almost forget why i was even there. Thank you guys x10000 🩷 if a curb ever hits me again, i know exactly where to go!
