Had new front tires put on and an alignment done, a few days later and my truck started pulling to the drivers side. Took it back in and they took it right in and redone alignment wasn't the problem, pulled wheels and checked brakes and calipers,found brake line problem at no cost. Thank Nef Tali

Had to stop back in for an oil change, I hate car problems, why do they all happen at once?! But Dahlton was amazing and helped me get in and out of there. Waiting area was clean and the rest of the staff was hustling!

Great service!! These guys are very friendly and helpful and were able to get me in and out with new tires and valve stem. Waiting room is big and not crowded and everyone was so nice. I’m very appreciative and will be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Orlando! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. The problem my car was giving me stumped others but Orlando went the extra mile to not only identify the issue, explain it, and also make sure I was fully informed about the service. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. Kinda reminds you of that local shop that does things right 100% of the time. Highly recommend him and the Mavis team!

Mr Aaron did a great job. Got in an out quick, easy an helpful. Appreciate his time. Month later Came bak for another oil change. Fidel an Jerald on point. Orlando helped me out today. Just needed to put air in my tires form cold snap. Was quick an easy.

We were visiting some friends in Jacksonville and we hit a pothole, damaging two tires that we’d just bought brand new 2 weeks ago. Nef and the other guys in the store helped us out BIG time while we had a time crunch. We are incredibly grateful for their help!!

I came in to get my brakes replaced due to squeaking. The techs inspected my vehicle and let me know that they don’t need to be replaced, and that they wouldn’t charge for labor/inspection. Thank you for your honesty, Elijah and the team and Mavis Tires/Brakes - y’all have earned a new customer!

Fantastic visit to mavis today. Had a surprise issue with our car and the mechanics were friendly helpful and got us in and out in an hour. Ask for Orlando he was very helpful and is a big asset to Mavis and he deserves a raise.
