This Mavis location is the only location for me! Every time I’ve stopped in, I’ve been taken care of promptly and all the staff are super friendly. Had to stop in quickly today because my car started overheating and I had my children with me. Sunny got us fixed up quickly while we hung out in the A/C. Thank you, Sunny & Mavis for being neighborhood heroes!

I literally don’t even know where to begin… I heard about this shop on yelp after reading the horrible reviews of the tire kingdom I had gone to in Ponte Vedra beach (I was a victim as well). A former tire kingdom employee mentioned the Mavis on beach boulevard so I gave them a try. I got an appointment the day after I called for the exact time I wanted, that worked with my busy schedule. Let me tell you… These people are unbelievable at what they do. They are professional, caring, and made me feel like my truck was their only priority. Keep in mind they were VERY busy. Katie send me pictures and FaceTimed me to show me some of the botched work that was previously done and worked out every single repair while saving me money at the same time. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service in my life. Britney and Katie at the desk are 2 of the best employees a company could ask for. They are professional, happy, and make you feel valued. Isaiah the mechanic was an awesome guy and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Motivated and friendly. I’m the type of guy that likes to spread the word when I have good experiences, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I know I’m not the only person that has longed for a reliable shop with kind people that care about your investment as much as you do, and that’s exactly what you will get here.

They were about to close but Kate told me to come on down and she got me squeezed in for a Synthetic Oil change on a 2004 Thunderbird late on Sunday. That is the way to run a business. Love the customer service and treated me like family. Thanks to the whole crew.

I came by and asked if they would check one of my tires because the pressure was a little low. They told me there was a nail in the tire. Not only did they fix my tire but they completed the job quickly! The staff in the reception area were friendly and welcoming and there was a clean sitting area. I would definitely come back again in the future. Thank you to the Mavis team for helping!

Katie, Brittany, Dakota where every helpful. I went to Tire Kingdom Yulee before and they patched my tire and ignored the cracked rim. Not only did they put air in my tire, temporary fix my rim, they shared snacks, and help me realize I may have warranty to cover my repair. If you are looking for quality work and customer service this is the place to go. Thank you all so much. I now can drive safely.

Their service is great & the staff is incredibly friendly, but there is no reason to book an appointment. They will take all the walk ins before you, even when you have an appointment scheduled. Booked an appointment for 11 am for an oil change, was told 3 other people walked in around the same time, so my appointment time did not matter. If you choose to come here, estimate to wait 2 hours minimum, even if you schedule an appointment.

Sonny and his team are AMAZING, quick, friendly and efficient. We have 3 cars and 1 jeep and they all come to here for service. We have recommended friends and all come back saying the same. It's so nice to have a mechanic that you can trust!
