If I could give this business and their team more than five stars, I would! They are an exceptional group who managed to get me in and out in under an hour. I came in needing an alignment and a new rim due to hitting a curb (if you know, you know), and they exceeded my expectations. This is hands down the best service I have had since being in the Birmingham area. Their professionalism and efficiency truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

There simply aren't enough words to say how much I appreciate the crew at Mavis. They've helped me with tire problems and they've fixed mistakes that others have made all with no complaints. They shoot straight and I've never had to doubt any information they've given to me. You can be absolutely sure that what they're saying is the truth. They've never tried to sell me things I don't need. I've seen them do all of this and more for others. On a personal level, it's so nice to walk in and see familiar faces; it says to me that they like and appreciate where they work and it shows. The fact that the manager always recognizes me helps me know that my car is in good hands with a great group that knows what's going on with my exact needs. My car had an issue with the rear shocks and I was shown the reason why. I was quoted a price and the parts were quickly acquired and my car serviced. Very professional and polite service. This is not my first time here and I would recommend this location without any hesitation.

My first alignment wasn't within the specs I was hoping for to try to prevent excessive shoulder wear of a new set of Yokohama Geolander X-AT. The staff was friendly and asked me to come back and ask for James and they would have him dial it in next time under my 90 day warranty. James seems very knowledgeable and I see why the management are very confident in his abilities. He was able to get within the specs I requested, and not just "in the green". They seem to genuinely want make sure you have a good experience and make up for any mistakes or misunderstandings, which seems to be more and more rare in today's world.
