Very satisfied experience! From the new management to customer service and tire specialist, communication and consideration was great! There was one lug nut that the last tire place could not get off. Management was concerned with the length of time and efficiency. They gave us complete service beyond expectation.

Steve, Andrew and Derick were awesome! They moved with purpose changed my trailer tires super quick and gave me a great price! What a great team! I will come back and recommend anyone needing their tires and brakes done come see these guys! Only complaint, no free coffee.... :(

Cameron was awesome! He was polite and extremely helpful in finding just the tires I needed for my SUV. The shop did excellent installation and alignment when others told me they couldn't align my older vehicle!

I bought a battery in Dec 2024, and it failed 4 weeks later (bad cell apparently). Returned the battery to Mavis, and it was a challenge getting a refund. No one in the store could approve the refund in a timely manner. The refund was eventually approved, but it was way more time consuming than it should have been.

Just wanted to thank the guys at Mavis Hartwell today January 15, 2025, especially the counter guy (should have got his name) . My second visit and they’ve been competent, professional and friendly. Dedicated to service, they helped me with a tire sensor issue, didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a tip. Thanks gentlemen for a pleasant experience. Buy tires here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on my tires, brakes and alignment. Store manager went the extra mile ensuring that everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this Hartwell store again for future tire service.

Went to mavis this morning to get the tires rotated on my Jeep. I didn’t buy them there but Steve and the crew took very good care of my needs. They are a great shop to deal with. I recommend giving them a chance next time you need service. Thanks again for the great service. I will be back.

Both young men waiting on me were awesome; polite, kind, & courteous. I didn't have an appointment, but Cameron assured me I'd be taken care of. We've used Mavis at our last home in Mableton and just loved the staff who were friendly & caring. It must be a Mavis thing, these young men fit the bill! Mavis Hartwell is now on my phone list!

I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tires & Brakes in Hartwell, GA! Last Sunday, I found myself in a tough spot after blowing a tire. The only other shop open was Walmart, but when I got there, they didn’t have my tire size. Thankfully, Mavis came through for me in the best way possible. The tow truck driver waited patiently while I checked Walmart, and when that didn’t work out, we headed straight to Mavis. They not only had the exact tire I needed, but their team wasted no time getting it installed and making sure everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly turned what could have been a nightmare of a day into a smooth and stress-free experience.

Walked in just minutes before closing with a screw in my tire. I knew there was a slim chance they could help today but they gladly took me in and patched the tire! Excellent customer service from start to finish! So appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile and make sure we travel safely for the holiday! Thanks guys!
