Needed Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires for my Chevy Silverado and no one locally had them in stock. Found this store online, made a call and less than 24hrs they were installed. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend and do business again. Thanks!!

1/8/2025: I took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced, as the car service told me it was "due." Hall waited on me and asked if I was having an issue with balance or if I just wanted them checked. Check and if they need balancing then balance them. Malachi called me after about 40 minutes to tell me they were done with the car. Went back to get the car and when he gave me the receipt I asked how much and he said "nothing. Rotation and balance check is free." I thanked Malachi and Hall and told them I'd be back! Both were super polite and pleasant.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Had a tire blow out days before Christmas, they didn’t have my tire size in stock but ordered it and called me the next day. Had it balanced and mounted for pick up and saved my Christmas! High recommend these guys!

I called around to see if anybody had the size tire that I needed because I was stuck on the highway with a flat. With no luck from anywhere else, I called Mavis and they had them in stock and got my new tire on the rim in a timely manner so I could get back to put it on my car. Nice, friendly staff also.

Picked up a screw in my tire. The service was fast, in and out in 30 min without an appointment. Staff was polite and the price was low. Much better than the run around at Firestone.

The tall older black guy was very rude. For no reason ! Honestly, other than him being another brother and seeing a young brother making it. He slammed my keys down, disregarding me, ignored me like I wasn’t there. I didn’t get his name. But he was working between the hours of 1-2pm, today, Dec 30th

Customer service is very rude! Just called to get a quote on a set of tires and because i did not want to confirm my appointment to purchase there, after explaining to him that i wanted to find the best price for my budget, he hung up the phone. Thats real professional!!

I went into the front office and needed quite a few different things done to my car. These guys jumped right on top of it and had it completed in no time. The price was really reasonable. The whole place was spotless. I for sure have someone to take my vehicles to that I can trust now. Thanks to all of you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

They were able to take my car back as soon as I got there, however it took the gentleman roughly an hour and 10 mins to change my oil. I opted out of the tire rotation, as I just had 4 new tires put on the week before. After the oil change my tire sensor was flashing on and about 20 mins of driving my car was very shaky which was not an issue before. I called back up there to advise of the issue and to see if they did anything outside of the oil change. Advised that they only did what's on my work order and to bring it back so they can look at it. I live almost 40 mins away, I will pass on bringing my car back to them but to each its own. Nice, clean,welcoming facility though.

A man that was out doing work for people after Hurricane Helene hit couldn't get help with repairs on a tire??? You can't give a business a zero, but you can give them a bad review. This guy is helping people in Greenwood that needs help with clear debris from their driveways so they can get out of their house to get stuff to survive. Then you have a business that is supposed to be a tire place, tell him that you can't fix his tire??? WTH!!! Please don't support this business in Greenwood.

Came in and got 2 new back Tires. Hall worked the front desk and was very fast and efficient. Sean and CJ put on our Tires quickly and was happy to do so. We could tell that this must be a good place to work because all of the employees put off great vibes and had smiles on thier faces. The store location was great we were able to hit waffle house while we waited. Thanks guys!

I would not recommend coming to this place to get an alignment for your car. Came in 10/26/24 to get an alignment and they said it would be 45 min time wait and I was fine with that. I’m waiting for 30 minutes and they came back and tell me that one of the bolts broke while they were trying to loosen the part and the guy tells me that they have to order the part and that it was going to take a day for the part to arrive and I was like “things happen”. Eventually they call me 10/27/24 to tell me that they won’t be able to fix it that day and then they proceed to tell me that it’ll be worked on the next day, first thing in the morning and it’ll be done before lunch time around 11 or 12 pm. Today 10/28/24 it’s past noon and I call them and ask if the car is ready and they tell me, “no, we’re having difficulty with getting the part off and we’ll need the whole day to fix it and I was annoyed because they had all day to fix it and when I went up there, my car was still sitting in the parking lot, not getting fixed. I left with a broken bolt on my left rear tire and a f’d up car. I would not recommend coming here!!!

My boyfriend went there two days in a row to get my car fixed while I was at work the first day they were to packed to get it done so they told him to make an appointment for the next day in the morning so he did he drives all the way up there and they tell him they can’t fix it because the mechanic that was supposed to fix it called out and won’t be back till Wednesday I get it stuff happens but in all honesty they needa hire another mechanic so if one is out they can have the other scissor it’s ridiculous this is the 4th time I have brought my car up they’re to get fixed and they weren’t able to do it

The wait here is ridiculous. Literally no one here and it took over 2hrs to plug a tire. Just for them to tell me they can’t fix it. Terrible experience never coming back.

Update 10/2024: Matt and Brandon went above and beyond to help with my car. This place is so reliable and they are very nice and helpful. Thank you! ——- Great services and Joe was excellent! He explained everything very clearly and gave us a fair price. The waiting room is clean, easy to set up a booking appointment online and everyone was friendly and professional. They even took us to see what issues were found (older car to be expected) the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will come back and highly recommend

Wish Google would let me leave a 0 star review. You couldn’t be bothered to use a simple jack to jack up one side of a trailer and dismount a trailer tire for a customer who would’ve brought you so much business. Instead tell them they have to get off your property and take the tire off themselves and roll it to you for you to put a new tire on. Shame on the manager for doing this to a family who was only out and about to serve their community. The same community you claim to “serve”.

Excellent customer care. Arrived one hour before closing with a damaged tire. Manager was able to work me in and replace tire before they closed for the day. We were from out of town and he went out of his way to help. Great professional and customer oriented business.

Expert service. The second visit for a different service was expertly diagnosed, nailed removed from tire, with no charge! Professionals at the highest level. (They also have USB ports to charge your phones, etc.)

For this company to turn the Young family away when they had a trailer tire go bad and tell them to take it off and they would fix it is a serious joke. You are a tire store and that is your Job. Wow what a problem. Made them move the trailer off the property and take the tire off then carry back to them. What a JOKE. Shut the doors make some useful out of that building.

Staff was super friendly and even had a play area for the kids. I think that’s the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a tire shop. The price was also really good!
