I recently had a tire go flat because of a bad alignment. Taurus was exceptionally knowledgeable about my issue and helped me diagnose why. It's hard finding a shop that isn't just trying to take your money and not fix the root of the problem. Their service was also very prompt and professional. I had a set of tires mounted and balanced last year and haven't had any problems. Anytime I need tires or general routine maintenance I don't hesitate to stop by.

Slowest place you could ever visit for an oil change. It's impressive to be honest. I had my most expensive and longest oil change done here. Do not recommend at all

I was traveling Tuesday and had a tire warning come up on car. Pulled into Mavis Tire and Brakes on Hwy 220 (Battleground Ave) Had a very polite and friendly Olijawon help me out!! Thank you for your patience and helping with tire pressure issues. Great customer service!!

Excellent service! The entire team was straightforward about the concerns with my vehicle and explained the process of getting it taken care of in a way that I could understand. They were kind and understanding when I needed to change my appointment, and were willing to accommodate my needs without any hassle. Definitely recommend!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I have been to this location twice for tires, both times were great. The first time, I scheduled an appointment online and they were able to get me in and out quickly at a good price. The second time, I got a flat on the way home and had to get a tire that evening. They worked really hard and were able to get me going before they closed. I can tell that they really went the extra mile. I also had to take my wife's car in for a brake issue. They had to order the part, but got it repaired first thing in the morning. They also changed the oil. It is very evident that this crew cares a lot about what they do and always strive to do their best. I'm sure this is due, in no small part, to the manager. Taurus is extremely personable and knowledgeable. You can tell that he really cares and his team thrives under his direction. 10/10 will definitely go again.

Taurus was incredibly helpful and insightful! He priced me out for four brand new tires and also gave me a quote for some other services I need done in the near future. These guys were BUSY and yet still took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend these fellas on any given day!

This Mavis has a fun group of workers, you can tell they love what they do. They are good at being both professional and personable which is sometimes a hard balance to keep. They are over communicative in all the right ways, so you really feel like your input is valued and you’re part of every decision, and I felt like they all had my best interest at heart. I got all new tires here and even without an appointment I was seen quickly. I’ve also had an oil change, alignment, engine check, and break check done here. When I got the new tires I did a warranty on them which was extremely helpful when I got a flat—you can go to any Mavis so I was able to find one near me on my road trip and still have the warranty honored. Highly recommend Mavis, especially this one!

Went here for a second opinion on a tire issue. Kye and Zack fixed me right up. I appreciate knowledgable people. There wasn't a long wait and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate the great service. First time at Mavis and will definetly use them in the future.

I highly recommend this place. Went to couple places and did not get my help or answer. As soon as I pulled up, Kali came out. Went beyond what I expected and found my issues with solutions. He introduced me to the manager name Tommy and very nice and helpful. I will only be going to Mavis for my needs. Very friendly place. I thank you Kali and Tommy for helping me when I needed help the most. The prices are very good. Thank you.

I pulled up to their air pump in the rain because I got a light on my dash telling me I had low pressure in one of my tires. They came out and told me not to get wet, they would fill them for me. Super great service, that's how you earn a customer!! I'll definitely be coming back here 🙂

My first experience with Mavis Tire and Brakes was outstanding. The Assistant Manager, Olijawon, was very knowledgeable and efficient in making sure all of my needs were met. There wasn't a wait, my car was taken in at the scheduled appointment time and service was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this location again! We called on Friday to make an appointment for Saturday to have a tire fixed that was purchased from Mavis Tire 3k miles ago (tires were $2000). The person who answered my call said to show up when they opened and they would get it fixed quickly. We were insistent to make an appointment and we were once again told it was not necessary. I showed up when they opened and was told they could not do it until 3pm since I did not have an appointment….7 hour wait. I then made an appointment for 9am Sunday and it was confirmed with the person at the front desk and when I showed up on Sunday at 9am I was told there was no appointment in the system and but they will get to it. It has already been 1.5 hours and they have not even taken the truck back to remove the tire. This is total garbage and I will never use this company again

My wife stopped on the way to a job interview for assistance with a TPMS indicator on the dash. Taurus and Tommy went out of their way to immediately look into this, with out an appointment. She was in and out, in minutes. And this was free of charge!! Excellent service, will be back!
