Dave Jala, and Raynise were very kind and helpful! I am a former NTB customer and Dave was able to pull my account information up seamlessly. Raynise advised me that there was a nail in my tire that was patchable! I watched from the window as she surveyed my car and I truly appreciate her attention to detail. Jala communicated with me through out my wait. She went back and forth between me and the body shop to gather and relay information. Usually getting work done to my car as a woman can be stressful, but that was not my experience today. This was such a quick, friendly and peaceful experience.

Taurus was an amazing guy that helped me out at the counter. They did a great job on my tire replacement, I ordered wrong on the website and he helped me pick out the right tire. They have great techs that got it done in record time.

I highly recommend Mavis tires & Brakes on Bridford Pkwy. Dave Williams was great!. He was able to get me right in to have my brakes taken care of. Mechanics were also great. Now I can drive safely!

Today I went in to have my brakes and tires checked/done. Excellent (A1) customer service from Charles (manager) & Jala (asst. manager). I sat in the waiting area waiting for my SUV, (15 Ford Explorer) to be done, however, the TV that is mounted to the wall “for customer satisfaction”, would not play. It said that it was connected to the internet but no apps would play. FIX YOUR CONNECTION! Or you will lose this customer who bypasses several businesses for the great customer service that I have experienced twice in three months. In October my 14 Toyota Corolla was service with great customer service from Dave, who was a new employee at the time and has made great progress. Mavis… DO BETTER! I have to come back and get two tires replaced but will I do and sit bored 🥱 🤔

Visiting town and wake up to a flat tire. Mavis comes through in a clinch on a Sunday of a holiday weekend with a quick and inexpensive tire repair. Service, convenience, courtesy...it's why Mavis is one of the only tire stores I recommend.
