Took my truck in because my clutch was grinding and this place was pretty close by. Very friendly staff, and they really do their best to stay in touch. Took almost a full week to get my truck back for a clutch replacement, but they were fair about the price.

I had an amazing experience at this tire shop! The team was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect tires for my car at a great price. The installation was quick, and they took the time to explain how to properly maintain my tires going forward. I truly felt like they cared about providing quality service and making sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of new tires or tire services. I made an appointment for brakes for 9am, was told when the appointment was scheduled that the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. At 10:30 an hour and a half in I was told it would be another hour to hour and a half, which would put me leaving at noon. Noon came around and I was told it needed another hour. I wouldn’t recommend Mavis is you have a schedule to stick to.

Just wanted to say I genuinely appreciate their kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. I had more of cosmetic mechanical need and one of the mechanics Cody got my keys right away told me he can probably take care of it and asked me to go wait inside. The staff inside were welcoming and eager to answer my questions. The mechanic came back about 20 Min later & I asked what did I owe him and I was prepared to negotiate a small price for his time and or labor but the mechanic handed my keys and said talk that edge guys at the desk. They said I didn’t owe them anything and to have a good day! I appreciate them looking out and and still being willing to show forth brotherly kindness amidst the challenging financial times we face today!

Guys are great and its a very clean and well organized store. Still needs a vending machine and a TV. Maybe coffee and donuts on Saturdays would be nice.

I appreciate that Mavis is open on weekends! I purchased tires and one got a slow leak. They fixed it for free and the people are very kind.

I had the best experience with this location. The help center messed up on the tires ordered but the manager went out of his way to have someone drive to another location to grab them and install them after closing hours. Will only come here going forward.

I spent part of my morning looking online for the best deals. Mavis beat everyone I compared. I was able to book an appointment online, dropped my car off, and they called me when it was ready. Both guys at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Stefan I believe is who rang me up and we had a good chat. On the way out, he said “Happy New Year Craig!”. I will be returning here and telling my friends and family about Mavis Tires & Brakes! My new tires even feel better when driving on the way home. Something great about having new tires. :)
