First visit here after many years,now a a MavisTire location,Manager Jason very helpful,was good to help me with information that helped me save $$ on my recent tire purchase.Thanx for helping....operating with minimal staff,but still trying to help customers.Very good look for this location manager. Mavis Tires on Hardscrabble Rd has phenomenal employees and service. Mike, Jason, and Shawn were the best in communication as to their communication on my vehicle and it's repairment needs. We were driving home from a long trip when our tire popped out of nowhere. Even though we got here 10 minutes to closing, Rob was quick to help us get our tire’s sizing and Sean changed our tire flawlessly. We were in and out in 20 minutes, and managed to get home safely!

I came to Mavis Tires and Brakes on Hardscrabble Road because my tire was punctured from a huge screw. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The inside of the building was clean and my tire service was completed timely. I would highly recommend this place.

I had a tire suddenly go low and took it by to get air. They advised they were open Sunday in case problem reoccurred. I took it back Sunday and they found a screw or nail. They repaired it while I waited. Nice people. Been going for years

On 10/11/2024 I Called for a tire quote for 2 tires. I also asked did I need an appointment. I was told no, come on in. I advised I would be in in a hour. I walked in the guy at the counter didn’t greet me or anything. I explained I was there for tires. He gave me a completely different price than I was quoted over the phone. ($60 more to be exact) I told him what time I called and who I spoke with and his response was “you sure it was this mavis” I proceeded to explain the woman told me to give my phone number and the quote would come up. He spins his computer around and tells me there is no quote in the system under my name. He then has the nerve to say “you must have spoke to the call center” Call center or not aren’t you guys Mavis?? Upset and confused I stated “I’ll go down the street to discount tires where the price was comparable to what I was quoted” He never tried to further assist. As I arrived to Discount tires they were completely packed. I decided to call back to try and make sense of this price I was quoted as I had to leave for the airport that next morning. The young man that answered said they are a call center but the location should have asked me for an order number and tired to locate my quote. They provided me with an order number and an additional $35 off coupon due to the inconvenience. After returning back to Mavis, the same young man was at the counter. I advised him that I have an order number and he maraciously found the initial quote. He never apologized and just had a stank face the entire time. I had been coming here for years and will NEVER return. Oh and as soon as a got a couple blocks away my TPMS light came on. I’ve just realized they didn’t put one of my tire valve covers back on. Hopefully that’s all it is 😤
