My experience was wonderful, especially after a scary situation with my car. I came in frantic and Kayla, the girl at the front desk, helped calm me down and truly made the experience 10x better. She made sure we diagnosed the issue on my car so we could get it fixed, and both her and the techs walked me through what was going on. Definitely recommend coming her, the staff are amazing.

I have to say thanks to Kayla, she’s amazing at her work here and knows exactly what she’s doing.. I came in for an oil change, and a tire change. She attended me as fast as possible both her and her team were awesome in helping me out with what I needed… I highly recommend you come see her!!! Great job 🤗 I’m a happy customer.

Had this location replace my rear brakes. I noticed a squealing sound after they replaced them. Took my car to a different Mavis who said they installed the brakes wrong and had to replace them. The squealing sound is now gone since I used a different shop. I question the other 5 star reviews that say Kayla. There is a 5 star review from a woman named kayla who appears to be the shop manager. I believe many of the reviews are from employees and not customers.

Yesterday, my family and I drove to Riverbanks to see the Christmas lights, but we ran into some trouble when we picked up a nail in one of our tires. Hours away from home and getting dark, we urgently needed a repair, and the team at Mavis was understanding of our dilemma and quick to help us out. They took care of our car right away, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes, even though it was just before closing time. I’m incredibly grateful to the courteous staff and technicians for their professional and friendly service. You truly saved our night—thank you again!

Kayla was AWESOME!!! D was the mechanic who fixed me up! They got me right in, worked their magic & I was on my way!! EXCELLENT customer service & amazingly kind staff!!! Out of town for work & brakes failed- MAVIS IS THE BEST!!!!

When I first met Kayla she was at the one closest to my house. I blew a tire doing 80 on 77. She greeted me with a smile and helped me just as much as she was pleasant to be around! She's very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to your vehicle. Anthony was just as helpful as knowledgeable! He was the first and only person to work on my jeep! I only trusted him to work on it at the other Mavis! They've went downhill since these two left. I can't be thankful for Mavis giving Kayla this store and her letting Anthony come with! They are both the live savers I didn't know I needed in a auto repair shop! Allen worked on my jeep today too! He helped Anthony change my brakes and rotors! He was so knowledgeable that he could have changed my brakes, rotors and calipers blind folded! He's amazing and I'll definitely trust him to work on my jeep as well! The whole crew is kind and very attentive when they work on your car! This is THE ONLY MAVIS I'll ever go to! The one by CVS has a rude behind lady who I wouldn't trust with a roach if you could drive one 🫠
