My second review is less than a month....bought tires and had mounted....wanted to do some cleaning of custom wheels....couldn't get wheels off...even with impact wrench...torgued way too tight...went back to Mavis Bluff Road, Dwayne Mgr....ask that they loosen lugs and retighten to proper torque....they said they did and I left....went to remove a wheel as soon as I returned home....I lug nut was seesed had to take to my mechanic to remove....ended up with damaged custom wheel...My family has been a customer for many many years....Would not let them every work on my bicycle....poorly managed...untrained mechanics...just terrible business.

I was informed there was a nail in tire went to Mavis for tire check NOTHING was wrong the business told me on Clemson road a nail in tire I want be back for NOTHING!!!

Quick and open on Sunday. But I'm pretty sure the clerk was either dishonest or very ill-informed about DOT regulations on repatching tires, plus definitely gave me wrong info about TPMS, as did the service tech (my low pressure light is still on!). I won't return.

Wow! Where do I even start?! Needed an alignment for my 06' Tundra and lucky me... got a black Friday deal, with $20 off, when I made my apt online. Got there on time and they took my truck within 5 min! Talk about 'on schedule'!! Super clean bathrooms, too. The woman at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, as were the rest of the staff that I had a chance to speak with. Turned out I needed a new caster bolt, was shown exactly what it looked like, told to come back for them to change it out and complete the alignment, and was notified that there wouldn't be any extra charge for it!! Amazing! Any other place would have. So I got the part, returned to the store the following weekend, and my truck was done. No hassles, no added charges, super simple and quick. Will definitely use this Mavis store for any other work I need done, and I highly recommend you do, too! Thank you so much for your professional service!

Not a fancy shop but a capable team focused on finding the problem, getting it repaired for a reasonable price and sending me on my way! It was easy to make online appointment, I was greeted and in-processed efficiently, quoted a price, work done in a reasonable time, mechanic showed the issue before doing the repairs, and I was sent home with repaired tire. Well done Mavis team!

I had a nail in my tire and came 15 mins before closing time. Antwan had no problem patching my tire up even though they were about to close. The customer service was great and i recommend this Mavis to everyone!!
