I just needed my battery replaced. I had the battery but it's behind the front tire. They got me in quickly and even did a good deal on the labor cost. Great friendly service and fast. Edit: Had new tires and alignment done yesterday. Great service and decent price.

I went in a week ago for tire service. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful and honest about the issues with my tire. The manager was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend. I will be using them from now on

I literally came in 10 mins before they closed & they were SUPER willing to service my car. They worked immediately to find out the solution for my car & they made sure I was updated during the process. I appreciate them!! I recently visited Mavis Tires and Brakes for some much-needed work on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Ms. Kaitlin up front was knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining the services and parts requiring replacement. The team was honest and upfront about what needed to be done—no unnecessary upselling. They provided a clear explanation of the issues and the solutions and visually showed me the areas of concern, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that delivers exactly what they promise: honest, efficient, and dependable work. Kaitlyn & Zach helped me out SO MUCH TODAY!! Great attitude! Love the professionalism! Very informative & accommodating. So glad I chose to go to them and nobody else. Spoke with Kaitlyn yesterday didn’t have my tires but had it today before I even woke up this morning they were on top of it! Explained EVERYTHING very through in case I had any questions answered every single one and even them some! Thank yall so much again for your help and reassurance in security even did a check up call afterwards to be sure I was good to go!!

10/10 customer service. First time having maintenance on my car and the staff was beyond helpful and gave me an amazing experience. They actually look out for your best interest and provide the greatest care for you based on your cars needs. Whenever i need a repair or maintenance for my car I will always go to Mavis.

Can't say enough about this location! We had our vehicle at other locations for a wheel alignment and it still wasnt right. I called this location because of the reviews and spoke to Kaitlin. She was very accomodating. We brought it in this morning and both Kaitlin and Zach were extremely helpful. Not only did they tell us what was missed from the other locations, they showed us directly so we could see it for ourselves. I'm so happy we have found a place where we can take our vehicle and trust the fact that it is in good hands and we're not just a number. They really care about their customers. I can see why they have so many loyal ones! Thanks again Kaitlin and Zach!

I brought my Jaguar into Mavis Tire shop because of rattling on the left front side and discovered that the previous company who has the name "Fire" in there name neglected to tighten the new shocks and also neglected to put bushing when installing the new shocks. Zack and Weston at Garners Ferry location were exceptional in their service and customer care and did not make me feel like I was just another sale like most other tire company experiences I've had. I highly recommend these folks if you want to work with trustworthy professionals who actually know what they're doing when it comes to the care of your vehicle and providing a positive experience. I'll be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this location!! My car was completely rusted out and not an easy fix. They stayed 3 hours after close to take care of it. Zach and the technicians were phenomenal. Kaitlyn was amazing, as well. She taught me so much! I truly felt taken care of and completely trust their work. They absolutely go the extra mile.

I cant praise this location enough. The whole staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a simple tire repair. Upon full inspection Zack informed me of a few other things that required immediate attention. Katelyn is awesome and quickly found affordable options for me to be able to remedy the situation. No BS, no extra surprises when it came time to pay. Overall the best experience and will now call Mavis at 7821 my forever got to shop for my automotive care!!! Thanks again Zack and Katelyn 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I'm very pleased with my services @ mavis tires & brakes on garners ferry rd. Every visit is professional, they work with you on prices, give you great advice & staff is very knowledgeable. Zack is the manager also the assistant managerare so sweet. Mainly, their not all about $$ they work with me & the care for their customers. Excellent work I would recommend them to anyone. If you are a young woman, don’t go here they will try to trick you. I came here to get my brakes looked out, due to squeaking. They showed me the rust on my rotors and told me I needed all new rotors and break pads and that the total cost would be 1,090$. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. All they did was adjust a front break pad and everything was fine. Would’ve given zero stars if possible :)
