I came in to have two of my tires replaced, but I was informed that one couldn’t be fixed and needed to be replaced with a new one. While I waited, someone who arrived after me was served and finished before me. This was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Customers should be helped in the order they arrive. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Exceptional customer service from every single staff member I spoke with. Prices were actually significantly less than expected and the team was both fast and incredibly kind. I thought I needed both brake pads and rotors according to another well known auto chain, but Mavis confirmed I only needed brake pads. They replaced all 4 brake pads at a very reasonable price, and got me in and out the door quickly. Thought I was going to be hit with a big bill, but was very pleased and surprised. Highly recommend!!

everyone at mavis took amazing care of me today! went in for a tire patch, ended up having a couple more things that needed to be checked out and they offered me good prices and even with the added services i was in and out fairly quickly! definitely recommend.
