I stopped by today to fix a flat tire on my car. This shop had perhaps the best customer service and friendly atmosphere that I have ever encountered at any auto-shop (including my favorite back home on PA). It was also, helpful that they had a large inventory of tires because, I had to stop at two other tire shops that did not have my tire size before I stopped here. Finally, they were able to quickly and efficiently change out my tire and get me on my way. Thanks Axle, Chris and team : ) -Aaron

Not impressed with the customer service. Went in to inquire about purchasing some tires and when showed a picture of the tire numbers need, he just threw my phone on the counter aggressively and said we don’t have that. Very dismissive and left a sour experience for this location

One of the best professoinal mechanical services i've recieved in a very long time. Both Chris (and I believe it was Tim), heck all the guys were fantastic. Funny, honest, smart, communicative, charismatic and just respectable team. Really kept my mind at ease as I normally have anxiety in these life situations. Thank you so much for everything. We have been to this facility a few times and have had good experiences. We had screw/nail on our tires, and they were able to patch it back. The parts and services were reasonably priced, and I most appreciate not being pressured to buy any additional services. Everyone at the service counter was warm and friendly. Chris is helpful and seems genuinely interested in connecting with his customers 😃 We will be coming back.

Always there when I need them. They get me in and out quickly. Would recommend. Edit: Again I had a punctured tire. I brought it in to be dropped off to get patched. They said that they would actually go ahead and start working on it so I stayed. Not even 30 minutes later they had my spare, which they corrected the tire pressure on, back in my trunk and my fixed tire reinstalled. This is my go to place for my tire issues. Thanks guys.

Chris at Mavis Tires and Brakes is a consummate professional. He was very friendly over the phone and made me feel welcomed when I walked into the shop for my tire repair appointment by introducing himself and shaking my hand. The team at Mavis tires and brakes was very quick to complete the repair and the prices were great. Chris and the team were awesome. Highly recommend!

Chris at the front desk to the mechanics in the back will provide you with great and honest while providing the most affordable price. They got something done for me for $200 that Triple A quoted me $900 for.

I would have given them one star but as far as I know the shocks were replaced correctly. i wouldn't recommend this place though because they can't do an alignment properly. the first time they did the alignment the steering wheel was clearly not straight. i took the vehicle back two more times to try and get the alignment correct and each time it was off but in a diff. way. almost everything i would need done there in the future would require an alignment so there is no point to ever go back since they can't get an alignment right. also, while i was there waiting i saw many people come in and ask them to fix something after they had worked on it, so i wonder how many other people had issues with their work as well.

Will from Mavis was super awesome. He gave me the best deal and I could get my oil change, my tire change, my brakes and rotors all changed for less than 550. Best deal ever
