I had an incredible experience at this location. Chun took great care of me and was super friendly and helped me as soon as I walked in. They got me in and out faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. The service was top-notch, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great tires and even better service!

This shop is horrible. I called for 2 tires before I came at 9am and the manager told me that the tires would be here in a hour but they never arrived and nobody called me to tell me that they weren't here. I came back and my car is not ready at 3. Currently at 335 I am still waiting. I will never come back to Mavis at all . I have had 2 locations screw me.

I came in because my check engine light came on. The staff there were so helpful. The performed a diagnostic test on my vehicle and immediately found the problem. I appreciate how quickly thru got me in and out without breaking the bank.

I came in today (a Saturday) with no appointment, due to having a nail in my tire, and they were able to have me done in about an hour. The guys working there were really kind, efficient and gave me a great deal getting my tire patched and new windshield wipers. I appreciate that they didn't try to rip me off because I was a woman lol. My only suggestion is that I hope they will be mindful of making sure someone is at the front counters when people walk in because I had to wait a little while to receive assistance, and there was no way to notify anyone that I was there. There was a guy in line in front of me who seemed to be waiting but walked out because no one was there. That was just my first time going to Mavis, though, but I doubt it will be my last, especially since I live in the area. Also, it's a really nice, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of room to sit and wait, and several food and grocery options across the street, if you need something to do while you wait.

I didn’t know they were open on Sundays. Woke up this morning with a flat tire and I dropped my car off while we were eating across at ihop. By the time we were don’t eating my vehicle was ready to go. They were quick, friendly and well trained. I will definitely be back. And rep Chun was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys a lot!!

Chun the assistant manager and her team were absolutely incredible today. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and they made the transition so smooth for me as I had to get my car fixed before baby arrives. Customer service is top notch and they made this stressed mama relaxed, calm, and now I feel safe driving my vehicle. I Will be coming back here for any future services! Come see them in Highland shoppes!

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tires, thanks to Chun and her technician. Chun was incredibly helpful and took care of my oil change efficiently, ensuring everything was running smoothly. What really impressed me, though, was that her technician noticed I needed new brake pads and brought it to my attention. That extra bit of care and attention saved me from potential problems down the road. I really appreciate their great customer service and expertise. I'll definitely be back!

The Assistant Manager Chun was absolutely awesome. Her and her team's customer service was impeccable. Don’t come here unless you want to die from a mechanical failure induced car accident. I would never trust Mavis to work on my car ever again after they put my life in danger. I’ve spent $1600+ on brake services (including calipers, brakes, and rotors) as well as my struts, just to find out they left out a whole bolt out of my car, causing my caliper to move around and my brakes not functioning on one wheel. In addition, a bolt on my struts was loose and not secured properly (as photographed). I knew something was still wrong immediately after my service based on a squealing noise so I went to a different Mavis in Cornelius to get a second opinion and not only was the staff rude and they did not catch this, the missing bolt on my passenger rear side from my original service caused further damage to my car and was told I needed a wheel bearing replacement on the same wheel (which I did for an additional $400) and issue still persisted. Front desk lady at Highland Creek was clueless with my issue and questioned my previous service here until I pulled up my invoice of the thousands I’ve spent here and photo/video evidence from an actual EXPERIENCED Hyundai mechanic. PS: fix the light in the women’s bathroom, I had to use the men’s and there was no soap or paper towels

Pulled in because my tire pressure sensor was on (probably from the weather), I was a decent distance from home and I had a lot to do driving wise today. Simply asked if they would mind checking and filling my tires. The two gentlemen up front were very kind, helpful, (and humorous) and helped me immediately. Much appreciated. That just made my day so much easier. Thanks!

Chun was so helpful. I had a flat tire and the crew found that it wasn’t the tire but the rim. They gave me a business card for someone that could fix and they came right away to fix it. Chun had great customer service and was so friendly. Definitely would recommend.

I previously had a great experience here so I decided to go back when I needed new tires and brakes. I was told that my vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I left Mavis my brakes were making the same loud sound as when I dropped it off. My husband drove it and said they did not change the back brakes. When I called to ask about this I was told they only changed the front brakes because they do not have a "drum technician". I was never contacted to inform me the back brakes could not fixed after spending $650 at a tire and BRAKE company. How can a brake company not have a drum brake technician? That is what you specialize in. I had to take it to Meineke so I could get the job done. This has been very inconvenient and I do not recommend them if you need drum brakes on your vehicle.

Mavis tires at Highland Shops has been servicing my vehicle for a couple of years, and they always provide great service! I’ve had various services performed on multiple cars at this location and the staff is extremely friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

The locations work ethic and customer service here are absolutely terrible! I was informed to get the lifetime warranty which I’m having to use less than 6 months later because there is still an issue with my brakes. I called to get a quote and their newest employee responded with “ I don’t know what else you want me to say”. How unprofessional!

I came in here for a screw in my tire and they patched it no problem. Chun was extremely helpful and she was super sweet as well. I did not have to wait too long either. I recommend this place to anybody!
