We brought our car in with a slow leak in the tire. They found the problem and fixed it in under 15 minutes without charging us. We are repeat customers, but this was very cool of them. We will continue to buy our tires from them because of the excellent service and prices.

I highly recommend coming here. Will was my mechanic and did an amazing job, both with my car and with providing excellent customer service. Angela was lovely to speak with and did a great job helping us with the check-in process.

Will change your rotors and charge $1700 without saying anything. If you are a woman, or have daughters, or have any other woman in your life you care about, do not go here. These are the mechanics that people warn about. A simple service of having two tires replaced and getting new brake pads turned into a racked up bill of services not requested, or made aware of. These people will hold that fact against you. Avoid at all cost (literally)!

Came in with a screw in my tire that could be patched. Derrick had my tire off, patched, and back on so I could get back to running in 10 minutes. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Have been coming to this location for 10+ years. The team is always professional and honest. Have had them work on all sorts of vehicles and problems - tires, brakes, etc. plus multiple oil changes. They do fast work and get you on the road quickly.

My car battery died on one of the coldest days we've had in a while. I got the car jumped and went to Advanced Auto Parts for a battery, but they couldn't replace it due to how the car was designed. So they called over to Mavis to see if they could get me in, even though it was after 4pm. A Michael answered the phone and said they can get it replaced for no charge as long as I had the new battery. So I brought it and my car over, sat in their waiting area for maybe 10 minutes while they swapped them out, and then was on my way. No charge, no fuss, no issues. They were incredibly kind to me and very generous to do that.

I went to the 6th avenue Mavis here in Birmingham because I had a “hole” in my tire that was stressing me out. Michael and his coworker whose name I didn’t get looked it over, assured me the tire was fine and suggested some other repairs to the car without being pushy or trying to upsell me. The service was fast, professional, friendly and very reassuring. Highly recommend these folks.

This is the only place I take my Lexus for tire service. Michael is great and helped me on Christmas Eve with a nail in my tire. Couldn’t recommend more!
