Mavis Tires is the best! I moved away from home for college and most car places are a bit intimidating. Me and all my friends come here when we need anything done because the people at Mavis don’t make it intimidating at all. They are so helpful and sweet!

The service here was awesome soon as I pulled in they were ready to work on my vehicle and they were nice and polite also recommended some things I needed for my vehicle so yes 10/10 I would definitely recommend mavis for your tire needs

I came here to get some missing lug nuts replaced. The workers here were kind and polite and the work was fast. Great experience and would definitely come back! Edit: I had such good service that I came back a week later as my left front wheel was making a weird sound. The manager, Candace, was kind and helpful, and they immediately had my car in the back taking a look at it. They talked me through what was happening with my car and had it fixed promptly in time for me to get to work. I will definitely be coming back!

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change, alignment and balance on my tires. Chandler and Kam did an awesome job getting me in quick before I headed out of town for work. I was in and out in under an hour, which is crazy fast. It’s been 2 weeks and my jeep has zero vibration now. Best group of guys in the bham metro area! Will be coming here from now on!

I purchased 4 tires from Amazon's "Cooper Store" and had them shipped here for install. Paid install fee through Amazon, which was an amazingly low price, $15.99 per tire (November 2024 prices through Amazon putchase). Mavis installed my tires and replaced a tire pressure sensor. Great customer service, great prices, in and out in a timely manner, professional. Highly recommend this store. Signed my paperwork and out the door.

I see all the good reviews but they are lying this location is lazy and was told that they close at 6 and they close at 8:30 but im glad i went to the location on hwy 280 and greg and morgan got a forever customer

I went to Mavis in Homewood today. I had the most A1 service and the men in their were very helpful and kind. I truly appreciate their service and their hospitality. I would 100 % highly recommend them for your car services.

They really did me a solid. I pulled in with a piece of metal in my tire, less than an hour before close, and they patched me up within 30 minutes and cut me a great deal (SUPER GREAT wink, wink). I would definitely recommend them

My husband and I have both gotten tires here, and every time we’re here it’s excellent service! Genuine, kind mechanics who look out for folks, make me feel confident that my vehicle is safe to drive. They even *breezily* fixed an issue that my dealership (Subaru 😒) had pretended was unfixable for years! Mavis on Greensprings rules, fr, come see them.

Went in to have a tire checked for a leak. I got pressured into changing my rear break pads, my rear rotor, and front struts. Could only afford the pads, so I said change those only. About an hour later, they give me the ticket saying they changed the pads and rotor. I say I didn't ask for the rotors, and they take off that and a flush I didn't ask for. Still paid more than I wanted in time and money over a miscommunication. If you go there, make sure you communicate your wants and probably write a copy and have it notarized. I won't be back anytime soon.

I previously went to another Mavis (different location) and had issues a year later with my tires not holding up. I ended up going to Mavis on Greensprings and was treated so well, they took care of my tire replacement with zero issues. As a woman, finding a location that is honest and helpful is hard to find.
